    Abstract: A method for purging a fuel cell system comprises detecting a signal for stopping an operation of a fuel cell system, cutting off an electricity output of the fuel cell system, driving a steam generator of a fuel supply unit of the fuel cell system for a certain time and thereby generating steam, certifying whether a purging operation of the fuel cell system has been completed or not, and stopping the fuel cell system, in which the fuel cell system is purged by using steam generated by the steam generator. Since an additional container for storing nitrogen is not required, a fabrication cost is reduced. Also, inconvenience caused by periodically containing nitrogen in the container is solved. Furthermore, when the fuel cell system is used at home, an additional space for installing the nitrogen container is not required and the fuel cell system can be easily installed.

A low temperature co-fired ceramic deposition is formed by depositing the low temperature co-fired green sheets to embed the capacitor part in the low temperature co-fired ceramic deposition. The embedded capacitor part is connected either to the conductive pattern or the conductive via hole of an adjacent green sheet. Then the low temperature co-fired ceramic deposition having the capacitor part embedded therein is fired.

The ASIC includes an analog control circuit configured as a one-chip ASIC that converts a predetermined DC level signal to a high frequency switching signal using a switching component and outputs the converted high frequency switching signal to a primary winding of the transformer. If the high voltage output signal output from the voltage doubler is not feedbacked, the switching component high frequency switches a received driving signal of a gate driver, and outputs the high frequency switched signal to the transformer.

    Abstract: A color filtering member for improving the brightness of a display device is presented. The color filtering member includes colored regions (e.g., regions with RBG color filters) and black-and-white regions for transmitting white light. The black-and-white regions may be colorless gaps between adjacent colored regions. Multiple planarizing layers may be deposited on the colored regions and the black-and-white regions to form a surface that is sufficiently even. The color filtering member may include an intercepting region that extends between neighboring colored regions. The position of the intercepting region is not centered between the two colored regions that it separates. Rather, the intercepting region is shifted in the direction of rubbing (in the direction of liquid crystal alignment) to more effectively cover the regions where light leakage occurs. This color filtering member may be combined with an array member and a liquid crystal layer to form a display device.

Elevated structures are formed on the source/drain regions by removing a remaining portion of the amorphous layer from the substrate, so the elevated structure includes the first semiconductor layer and the second semiconductor layer stacked on the first semiconductor layer. The device isolation layer may be prevented from being covered with the elevated structures, to thereby prevent contact failures.

A second step coverage-compensating layer having the same thickness as the first step coverage-compensating layer is provided between the substrate on which the dummy seals are arranged and the dummy seals. Accordingly, a main seal and dummy seals having the same thickness produce uniform liquid crystal cell gaps. The liquid crystal display device is beneficially made by a fabrication process employing four or five masks.
