The multiplexer multiplexes signals generated by the base layer and the at least one speech quality enhancement layer.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating a uniformly wrinkled capacitor lower electrode without the need to perform a high-temperature heat treatment and a method of fabricating a capacitor including the uniformly wrinkled capacitor lower electrode are provided. A first conductive layer is formed. Then, a second conductive layer including about 20% to about 50% of impurities is formed on the first conductive layer. Next, at least some of the impurities are exhausted from the second conductive layer by heat treating the second conductive layer. A surface of the second conductive layer is wrinkled due to the exhaustion of the impurities from the second conductive layer. A dielectric layer and an upper capacitor electrode may then be formed.

The roller makes contact with an exposed portion of the adhesive member. The adhesion unit provides for an adhesive strength between the exposed portion of the adhesive member and the roller that exceeds an adhesive strength between the received portion of the adhesive member and the recessed portion of the substrate so that the spacer may be printed on the roller. Therefore, a cell gap uniformity of a display device may be improved.

    Abstract: The alpha form of nickel (II) hydroxide is formed by dissolving a compound of nickel (II), such as nickel acetate, in a water miscible dihydric alcohol (diol), such as ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and suitable oligomers, and adding a suitable base such as sodium carbonate. The ?-Ni(OH)2 precipitate is separated from the diol-based mother liquor and dried. This stable ?-Ni(OH)2 can be calcined at temperatures in the range of about 573K to about 1073K to form nanometer-size particles of NiO having, for example, fibrous shapes. And the small particles of NiO can be reduced with hydrogen to form small, fibrous nickel particles. Both the NiO particles and Ni particles have utility as catalysts and offer utility in applications requiring electronic and/or magnetic properties.

A seed layer including a single-crystalline material is formed in the opening. An amorphous thin film including an amorphous material is formed on the insulation layer pattern and the seed layer. The amorphous thin film is transformed into a single-crystalline thin film, using the single-crystalline material in the seed layer as a seed during a phase transition of the amorphous thin film, to form a channel layer on the insulation layer pattern and the seed layer. Therefore, the semiconductor device including the channel layer having the single-crystalline thin film may be manufactured.

Here, S(t) is the orthogonal sequence, T is the period of the orthogonal sequence, and PS is an index indicating a transmission period of the preamble sequence.     Abstract: A single-step, one-pot process to obtain zotarolimus and other rapamycin derivatives on large scale is presented, which improves currently available synthesis schemes. In one embodiment, dried rapamycin is dissolved in isopropylacetate (IPAc). The solution is cooled, and 2,6-Lutidine is added, followed slowly adding triflic anhydride at ?30° C. Salts are then removed by filtration. Tetrazole, followed by a tert-base diisopropylethylamine (DIEA) is added to the triflate solution. After incubation at room temperature, the product is concentrated and purified by a silica gel column using THF/heptane as eluant. The fractions containing the product are collected, concentrated, and purified again using an acetone/heptane column. The product containing fractions are concentrated. The product is dissolved in t-BME and precipitated with heptane. The solids are dissolved in acetone, treated with butylated-hydroxy toluene (BHT), and the solution concentrated.
