    Abstract: A security method and a security apparatus are disclosed which use a self-generated encryption key. The security method includes the steps of: generating an encryption key; decrypting pre-encrypted data using a pre-stored manufacturer key; and re-encrypting the decrypted data using the encryption key. The security method and apparatus minimize external leakage of data by self-generating the unique encryption key. Since the encryption keys are unique in each set, set binding is possible.

The apparatus is coupled to the signal input end of the receive beamforming module of an ultrasound imaging system as an independent accessory, including a first accumulator and a second accumulator for calculating a quantified focus coordinate (Fx,Fz); a distance determination circuit for calculating the distance between the quantified focus coordinate (Fx,Fz) and quantified coordinate (Elexj,Elezj) of the j-th array element of a probe; a third accumulator for accumulating the value of i*N/2; and a third summator for reading the output results of the third accumulator and the distance determination circuit, adding both output results up and outputting the added-up result as a reading address of echo data calculated in real time. With the present invention, the system memory resource required is reduced, the circuit is simpler, and the parameter loading is faster.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a wake-up system with passive correlators, adopted to wireless transmission/reception devices such as remote controllers, mobile communication terminals, etc. The wake-up system includes a transmitter and receiver. In the transmitter wake-up signals and delayed wake-up signals delayed by a predetermined delay time are correlated and coded, respectively, for transmission. In the receiver, signals transmitted from the transmitter and signals delayed by the predetermined delay time are correlated and decoded, respectively. The decoded signals are converted into DC switching voltage VSW for a switching operation of power, thereby performing a wake-up operation. The wake-up system with passive correlators can reduce consumption power for wake-up operations in a receiver such that correlation operations of a correlator including passive electrical elements such as a matched filter, etc.

According to this method, it is possible to more easily realize an optical device compared with optical device fabrication processes in which additional resistors are used in the outside and the inside of the device for impedance matching.

Compared to conventional screens, the double-sided image film screen is advantageous in that it displays the image through the front and rear surfaces thereof.

The DC correction and low pass filter unit adjusts DC interfaces of the analog I and Q component signals, passes low frequency components of the analog I and Q component signals and generates I and Q components of a base-band signal. The local oscillator generates a sine wave signal with a frequency of FTX/2N. The poly phase signal generation unit generates a poly phase signal with 2N+1 phases.

First, a reference current is defined by a dummy word line of a dummy cell and output. A multiple-port register file cell is then used to send out a select signal of “0” or “1” and output a cell current according to the select signal and the reference current. Finally, the cell current and the reference current are sent to a current comparator amplifier, which senses and outputs a difference value between the cell current and the reference current to perform session at once (SAO) recording. Because the difference value has only two possibilities: the reference current or its negative, the sensing time of the current comparator amplifier can be shortened.
