    Abstract: A cooking apparatus to effectively agitate and evenly distribute high-temperature air into a cooking chamber by use of a single driving fan and a plurality of driven fans. The cooking apparatus includes the cooking chamber, the driving fan arranged at a rear wall of the cooking chamber, a convection heater to surround the driving fan, the plurality of driven fans arranged on a circumference of the driving fan, and a fan cover having a plurality of suction holes and discharge holes. The driving fan is connected with a drive motor to rotate in accordance with an operation of the drive motor. The driven fans rotate by use of air streams generated when the driving fan rotates. The high-temperature air is evenly agitated in accordance with the rotation of the driven fans to be distributed into the cooking chamber via the discharge holes in all directions.

    Abstract: The present invention is related to a negative voltage generating circuit for reliably providing the semiconductor integrated circuit (IC) with a negative voltage. An electric charge pumping device generates a negative voltage by pumping an electric charge to a predetermined level supplied to one of a first node and a second node. A controlling device provides first and second pumping clock signal being clocked alternately every predetermined interval in response to a level of the negative voltage. A pumping controller controls an amount of electric charge supplied to the first node and the second node in response to the first and second pumping clock signals. Further, a reset controller resets the first node and the second node of the electric charge pumping means as the level of the negative voltage when the first and second pumping clock signals are inactivated.

    Abstract: Micro-droplets of liquid confining organic molecules of interest are dried on selected planar solvo-phobic substrates under conditions facilitating segregated precipitation of the larger, less soluable analytes toward edge portions of the deposit. Micro-spectrometer imaging using white light and FTIR false color can identify points of interest, and the same optics generally directed perpendicularly to the substrates selectively captures normal Raman spectra from selected points in the deposit. The spectra are manipulated using various data techniques to extract reliable information concerning analytes present at pico-Molar levels. The selected spots can also be subjected to FTIR spectroscopy followed by MALDI mass spectroscopy to obtain a variety of information from the identical specimen.

The bonding pad of the n-side electrode is formed adjacent to the edge of the upper surface of the n-type nitride semiconductor layer acting as a light emitting surface, thereby preventing a wire from shielding light emitted from the active layer. The extended electrode can be formed in various shapes, and prevents concentration of current density, thereby ensuring effective distribution of the current density.
