    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a pipelined analog-to-digital converter having input signal pre-comparison and charge redistribution, including: one-stage or multi-stage of pipelined structure unit, a first flash analog-to-digital converter, and an adjusting output unit. Each stage of the pipelined structure unit is used to quantify the input signal. The first flash analog-to-digital converter quantizes a residual signal output by a final pipelined structure unit, and outputs a corresponding quantized value. The adjusting output unit combines each of the quantized values according to a connection order of the multi-stage pipelined structure unit and a flash analog-to-digital conversion unit to output a complete quantization result.

    Abstract: A TMV resistant tobacco plant containing a short N introgressed segment and a method for breeding the same. A homozygous tobacco plant containing an N introgressed segment is hybridized with a tobacco plant of genotype nn to obtain an F1 progeny tobacco plant of genotype Nn. The F1 progeny tobacco plant is hybridized with the tobacco plant of genotype nn, to obtain population materials for screening to obtain the short N introgressed segment. TMV is inoculated at a seedling stage, and Nn genotype plants showing necrotic lesion are obtained by screening the population materials. The Nn genotype plants are genotyped using a molecular marker TN5.51 primer pair and an N gene-specific molecular marker N1N2 at the right end of the N introgressed segment. A plant found to be negative when tested by the TN5.51 primer pair and to be positive when tested by the N1N2 molecular marker is a plant comprising the short N introgressed segment.

The wireless device may select at least one candidate beam from a set of candidate beams for a dynamic measurement during one of the transmission times in the first subset. The at least one candidate beam may be selected based at least in part on a fairness metric, a signal strength metric, a timing metric, or a combination thereof. The wireless device may perform a measure procedure on the selected at least one candidate beam and may transmit a measurement report based at least in part on the measure procedure to another wireless device (e.g., a base station).

The UE may estimate a second timing offset for a second SSB from the base station based on the first timing offset. The UE may perform a measurement procedure for the second SSB to detect a second beam of the base station based on the second timing offset. The UE may prune fake beams based on synchronization signals used for the measurement procedure.

    Abstract: A method and a production system for recovering and treating taurine mother liquor, which is used for the process of ethylene oxide taurine production process. As for the treatment of the last mother liquor of taurine, add alkali firstly to the last mother liquor of taurine and then acid to form salt, or add salt directly; then concentrate and crystallize and filter, to remove lots of impurities in taurine mother liquor. This solves the problem of separating impurities, greatly shortening the time of removing impurities. The last mother liquor can also be decolorizes and additional impurities removes by activated carbon, and the removal of salt by mixing ammonia into the mother liquor to obtain the pure taurine mother liquor, thereby recovering the mother liquor and increasing the product yield.

The present invention can substantially increase output of coenzyme Q10 and greatly reduce the production cost with simple process control and strong operability, thus being applicable to large-scale industrial production.
