    Abstract: A touchscreen includes a touch drive electrode, a touch sensing electrode, a touch drive circuit, a gate drive circuit, a touch drive electrode lead, and a liquid crystal panel. The touch drive electrode extends along a first direction. The touch drive circuit is disposed in a non-display area of the touchscreen, and an extension direction of the touch drive circuit is parallel to an extension direction of the touch drive electrode. The extension direction of the touch drive circuit is the same as the extension direction of the touch drive electrode. Each touch drive electrode is connected to the touch drive circuit using a touch drive electrode lead. The touch drive electrode lead is disposed in an area in which a gate drive circuit is located. The touch drive electrode lead and the gate drive circuit are disposed in an overlapping manner and are isolated from each other.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of semiconductors, and discloses a semiconductor device and a manufacturing method therefor. The manufacturing method includes: providing a substrate; forming a source and a drain that are at least partially located in the substrate; forming a diffused layer on a surface of at least one of the source or the drain, where a conductivity type of the diffused layer is the same conductivity type as the source and the drain, and a doping density of a dopant contained in the diffused layer is separately greater than doping densities of dopants contained in the source and the drain; and performing an annealing processing after the diffused layer is formed. The present disclosure can increase a doping density at a surface of a source and/or a drain, helping to reduce a contact resistance, thereby improving performance of a device.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for beam failure detection and recovery. A method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes monitoring one or more first reference signals to detect a beam failure for one or more first control resource sets (CORESETs), transmitting an indication of the beam failure, and receiving a beam failure response after the transmission of the indication of the beam failure, wherein the monitoring of the one or more first reference signals for the detection of the beam failure stops in response to the reception of the beam failure response. The UE may then receive a configuration message after the reception of the beam failure response, and monitor, in response to the reception of the configuration message, one or more second reference signals to detect another beam failure for one or more second CORESETs.

The length of the half tooth tips vary according to tooth type. When assembled, first type tooth overlap with third type teeth and second type teeth overlap with fourth type teeth, whereby the opening of the winding slot is narrowed compared to laminations having all identical teeth.

The method which is implemented by a mobile edge computing (MEC) management network element includes: receiving an MEC virtualization resource request sent by a control plane of a target radio access network (RAN), wherein the control plane belongs to the target RAN to which user equipment (UE) is handed over, and the MEC virtualization resource request includes an MEC computing resource requirement of the UE; creating, based on the MEC virtualization resource request, a new virtual machine (VM) on an MEC server for the UE, wherein the new VM is used on the target RAN side after the handover; and sending first information of the new VM to the control plane, wherein the first information includes an ID of the new VM. According to the application, the efficiency of usage of resources during a handover of UE is significantly improved.

Example techniques disclosed herein enable a UE to perform multiple tasks during a same SSBS to reduce the number of wake-up SSBSs. For example, disclosed techniques enable a UE to perform RLM tasks and loop tracking tasks during a first SSBS and thereby reduce the number of wake-up SSBSs. In some examples, the UE may also perform the search task or the measurement task during the same first SSBS and, thereby, further reduce the number of wake-up SSBSs. Example techniques disclosed herein may also enable the UE to select which SSBS occurrences to wake-up for during the OFF duration of the CDRX cycle.

In a first arrangement, the series of magnets are aligned with such that the magnets of one connector body are attracted to the magnets of the other connector body. When the user actuation shifts the moving portion, the second arrangement positions the series of magnets such that they are aligned such that the magnets of one connector body are repelled to the magnets of the other connector body.
