Chemical components of the high-strength and high-toughness Al—Cu series cast aluminum alloy comprise the following elements in percentage by mass: 4.6-5.3% of Cu, 0.45-0.55% of Mn, 0.42-0.55% of Mg, 0.15-0.25% of Ti, 0.05-0.15% of Zr, and 0.003-0.011% of B; the chemical components of the high-strength and high-toughness Al—Cu series cast aluminum alloy further comprising Fe and Si in percentage by mass, 0.03<Fe?0.2%, the mass ratio of Fe:Si being (2-6):1, and the balance being Al and inevitable impurities. The high-strength and high-toughness Al—Cu series cast aluminum alloy has low cost, satisfies the market requirements on aluminum alloy parts such as vehicle wheel hubs, and therefore is of important significance in accelerating weight reduction of vehicles and achieving the objects of energy conservation and emission reduction.
