    Abstract: A permanent magnet motor has a number of permanent magnets forming permanent magnet poles. Each magnet has an outer surface that is an arc surface with a convex middle. An inner surface of the magnet is a curved surface with a concave middle. The curved surface has an arc surface section and two planar surface sections. The arc surface has a pole arc angle ? of 0.7 to 0.96, and the ratio of an arc angle ? of the arc surface section to the pole arc angle ? is 0.15 to 0.35. The shape of the inner surface of the magnet creates uneven air gaps between the rotor poles and the stator core poles. This reduces cogging torque, increases the motor efficiency, and reduces the motor noise.

The width of the connecting arms is less than the width of the tooth portions. The ratio of tooth height L1 to distance between the roots of adjacent teeth L3 is in the range of 1.0 and 1.3. The ratio of tooth width T3 to L3 is in the range of 0.8 and 1.0. The ratio of tooth length T1 to L3 is in the range of 0.5 and 0.6. The ratio of T3 to outer diameter of the stator core D is in the range of 0.07 and 0.1.

The method then determines a second predetermined path corresponding to the determined open shielding box, and transmits a second control signal comprising the determined second predetermined path to the robot. Next, the method closes the determined shielding box when a duration after transmitting the second control signal reaches a predetermined time, and controls a testing software to test the to-be-tested PCB, to generate a testing result corresponding to the unique identifier of the to-be-tested PCB.

The switching power converter comprises a transformer including a first primary winding coupled to an input voltage, a second primary winding, a secondary winding coupled to an output of the switching power converter, and an auxiliary winding, a first switch coupled to the first primary winding, and a second switch coupled to the secondary primary winding. A controller generates a first control signal to turn the first switch on or off at a first switching frequency, and a second control signal to turn the second switch on or off at a second switching frequency that is higher than the first frequency. During off cycles of the switches, feedback voltage representing the output voltage of the power converter is generated across the auxiliary winding. The controller controls switching of the first switch to regulate the output voltage based on the feedback.
