Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes: a first processing unit; a storage unit, configured to store at least one audio file; a first memory unit; and a modulator-demodulator (modem), configured to perform audio processing of the electronic device during a phone call, wherein when the electronic device is used to play the audio file, the first processing unit reads the audio file from the storage unit, retrieves header information of the audio file, and writes the audio file into the first memory unit, wherein the modem accesses the audio file stored in the first memory unit based on the header information, and performs audio decoding on the audio file.

Abstract: A permanent magnet motor has a number of permanent magnets forming permanent magnet poles. Each magnet has an outer surface that is an arc surface with a convex middle. An inner surface of the magnet is a curved surface with a concave middle. The curved surface has an arc surface section and two planar surface sections. The arc surface has a pole arc angle ? of 0.7 to 0.96, and the ratio of an arc angle ? of the arc surface section to the pole arc angle ? is 0.15 to 0.35. The shape of the inner surface of the magnet creates uneven air gaps between the rotor poles and the stator core poles. This reduces cogging torque, increases the motor efficiency, and reduces the motor noise.

Connecting arms interconnect the outer and inner annular portions. The width of the connecting arms is less than the width of the tooth portions. The ratio of tooth height L1 to distance between the roots of adjacent teeth L3 is in the range of 1.0 and 1.3. The ratio of tooth width T3 to L3 is in the range of 0.8 and 1.0. The ratio of tooth length T1 to L3 is in the range of 0.5 and 0.6. The ratio of T3 to outer diameter of the stator core D is in the range of 0.07 and 0.1.

Abstract: A universal serial bus (USB) charger provides power to a client device. A USB connector interfaces with a client device and receives a request for the output voltage of the USB charger to be at a specific value. If the requested voltage level is lower than the current output voltage level, the output voltage level is set to the requested level and a bleeder circuit is enabled to discharge the output capacitor of the USB charger.

Abstract: A camera module includes an image sensor, a circuit board, and a stiffener. The stiffener is located one side of the circuit board and includes a bottom plate grounded. The image sensor is located on another side of the circuit board. The stiffener includes a sidewall extending from the bottom plate. The sidewall and the bottom plate cooperatively hold the circuit board. An insulative coating is coated on the sidewall to avoid short circuiting.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein describe a power supply configured to provide power to an output load via a power supply transformer. The power supply includes a controller configured to operate in a configuration state and an operating state. During the configuration state, the controller receives a configuration signal from a sense circuit coupled to the controller and selects one of a plurality of operating modes from the configuration signal. During the operating state, the controller controls a switch coupled to the transformer based on the selected operating mode and a sense signal received from the sense circuit representative of the power provided to the output load by the power supply. When the switch is closed, current flows from a power source through the transformer, and when the switch is open, current is prevented from flowing from the power source through the transformer.

Abstract: An exemplary printed circuit board testing method includes determining whether there is an open shielding box every a time interval. The method then transmits a first control signal including a first predetermined path to a robot when there is an open shielding box. Next, the method obtains an image captured by a camera and recognizes a unique identifier of a to-be-tested PCB in the obtained image. The method then determines a second predetermined path corresponding to the determined open shielding box, and transmits a second control signal comprising the determined second predetermined path to the robot. Next, the method closes the determined shielding box when a duration after transmitting the second control signal reaches a predetermined time, and controls a testing software to test the to-be-tested PCB, to generate a testing result corresponding to the unique identifier of the to-be-tested PCB.

Abstract: A switching power converter provides regulated voltage to a load. The switching power converter comprises a transformer including a first primary winding coupled to an input voltage, a second primary winding, a secondary winding coupled to an output of the switching power converter, and an auxiliary winding, a first switch coupled to the first primary winding, and a second switch coupled to the secondary primary winding. A controller generates a first control signal to turn the first switch on or off at a first switching frequency, and a second control signal to turn the second switch on or off at a second switching frequency that is higher than the first frequency. During off cycles of the switches, feedback voltage representing the output voltage of the power converter is generated across the auxiliary winding. The controller controls switching of the first switch to regulate the output voltage based on the feedback.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, a system selectively compresses data fields in a parallel data flow. The system identifies within an execution plan for the parallel data flow a first instance of a data field within a stage of the parallel data flow. The system traces the identified data field through stages of the parallel data flow and determines a score value for the identified data field based on operations performed on the identified data field during traversal of the stages. The system compresses the identified data field based on the score value indicating a performance gain with respect to the compressed data field. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and computer program product for selectively compressing data fields in a parallel data flow in substantially the same manners described above.

The at least one processor circuit is configured to establish a local connection with an operator device that is serviced by a network operator. Abstract: Embodiments presented herein provide task management capabilities for designing a complex data integration workflow in an integrated design environment (IDE). A task management tool of the IDE allows a developer to tag various stages of a data integration workflow in a non-linear manner. When the task management tool receives a tag for a given stage, the task management tool identifies incomplete tasks associated with the stage and generates a task list that includes the incomplete tasks. The developer may return to completing any of the tasks in the workflow in any sequence as desired.

Abstract: A video control-plane gateway device includes at least one processor circuit. The at least one processor circuit is configured to establish a local connection with a video client device. The at least one processor circuit is configured to receive, over the local connection, a request for a video stream from the video client device. The at least one processor circuit is configured to transmit the request to a network video server via a wireless access point. The at least one processor circuit is configured to receive, from the wireless access point, control information for reception of the video stream on a downlink channel. The at least one processor circuit is configured to transmit, over the local connection, the control information to the video client device. In one or more implementations, the downlink channel is a supplementary downlink channel that is associated with a primary downlink channel through carrier aggregation.

Abstract: In a monitoring region including multiple cells, UE reports KPI parameters and location information to an eNodeB when triggering an A3 event representing that QoS of a neighboring cell is better than a predefined offset of a serving cell. The eNodeB reports the KPI parameters and the location information to an OAM device in each monitoring cycle. The OAM device classifies UEs according to the KPI parameters and a cluster analysis method, and determines according to a cluster analysis result whether there is a disconnected cell in the monitoring region; when determining that there is a disconnected cell in the monitoring region, counts the number of disconnected cells, determines disconnection types of the disconnected cells, locates the disconnected cells according to the location information of the UEs in the SON, and triggers a compensation measurement for each disconnected cell according to the disconnection type of the disconnected cell.
