The bottom plate defines a clip slot, and the first side plate defines a clasping hole. The separating plate includes a main body, a clipping portion, and a hook. The clipping portion is deformable and engaged in the clasping hole for preventing the separating plate from moving in a first direction substantially perpendicular to the first side plate. The hook is slidably received in the clip slot for preventing the separating plate from moving in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

Abstract: A vending machine has a base, a helical pushing member secured to the first side panel, and a loading member. The loading member is installed within the coils of the helical pushing member and includes a strip on which goods are supported. A positioning tab and a resilient securing structure extend from the loading member. The resilient securing structure includes an engaging portion which engages in a lower opening. A handle portion is operable to disengage the engaging tab from the lower opening enabling easy and fast mounting and dismounting of the loading member of the vending machine.

The support rail includes a support plate, a positioning piece and a mounting assembly extending from two opposite ends of the support plate. The locking member is secured to the base. The support plate is adapted for placing merchandise. The positioning piece defines a positioning slot. The mounting assembly is supported by the base and includes an elastically deformable resilient piece and a protrusion protruding from the elastically deformable resilient piece. The protrusion is engaged in the mounting hole. The locking member is engaged in the positioning slot.

Abstract: A driving device in a vending machine includes a pushing member, a securing member, and a driving assembly. The motor of the driving assembly provides a rotating force which acts on the securing member, and the securing member supports and rotates the helical pushing member, to drive goods out of the vending machine. The style of attachment between the pushing member and the securing member is such that the starting angle of the helical pushing member can be adjusted by unclipping the end of the pushing member with fingertip force from the securing member and reclipping it at a different preferred orientation. The driving device is used for adjusting the appropriate rotation angle of the pushing member.

Abstract: A system and method for determining endoscopic dimensional measurements including a projector assembly comprising a light source for projecting light through a telecentric lens and into a surgical site, and a mask coupled to the projector assembly. Light projected from the light source projects through the mask. The projected light through the mask may be a collimated pattern which does not significantly change in size as a function of the distance to a projected plane. The projected light patterns may include multiple wavelengths of light for measurements of different features of tissue and may be produced using a laser in conjunction with a light shaping optical diffuser, or using a light emitting diode in conjunction with a light shaping optical diffuser, or using a spatial filter. The projected light patterns may take the form of concentric rings with each ring representing a radius of a given dimension.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for producing antihypertensive active peptides with corn germ protein as the material. The method comprises an alkali-heat treatment and continuous enzymolysis of the corn germ protein. The components with molecular weight less than 1000 Da in the active peptides obtained according to the present method account for more than 92%, and alanine-tyrosine (Ala-Tyr, AY) as the characteristic peptide fragments in the antihypertensive peptides accounts for more than 0.6%, so that the active peptides have a good ACE inhibitory activity in vitro as well as stability against temperature, pH and major gastrointestinal digestive enzymes, and have a significant effect of lowering blood pressure on spontaneous hypertension rats in vivo. The active peptides can be applied as a new functional nutrient to development and production of food, health food and pharmaceutical.

Abstract: A monitoring system is disclosed for in vivo monitoring of preselected physiological parameters associated with acute and/or chronic tissue compromise or failure in one or multiple tissue/organ sites in real time. In one method, a body portion of a surgical stapling device is positioned adjacent a first tissue section, an anvil assembly adapted to engage the body portion is positioned adjacent a second tissue section, and a monitoring device is positioned adjacent the first and/or second tissue sections. The monitoring device includes a sensor adapted to measure a preselected physiological parameter and a transmitter for transmitting signal to an extracorporeal receiving unit. The surgical stapling device is fired to mechanically secure the first and second tissue sections with at least one staple and the preselected physiological parameter is monitored via the information transmitted from the monitoring device to the receiving unit.
