The method includes forming a composite layer, including sequentially stacking on a substrate alternating layers of first through nth sacrificial layers and first through nth supporting layers. A plurality of openings that penetrate the composite layer are formed. A lower electrode is formed in the plurality of openings. At least portions of the first through nth sacrificial layers are removed to define a support structure for the lower electrode extending between adjacent ones of the plurality of openings and the lower electrode formed therein, the support structure including the first through nth supporting layers and a gap region between adjacent ones of the first through nth supporting layers where the first through nth sacrificial layers have been removed. A dielectric layer is formed on the lower electrode and an upper electrode is formed on the dielectric layer.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for inducing the differentiation of neural progenitors, neurons, and dopaminergic neurons from human embryonic stem cells with high efficiency, in which neural selection can be performed by the selected media and physical methods. The invention has advantages such as higher efficiency, the effect of lowering cost and time, and maintenance of neural progenitors for a longer period of time, as compared to the known methods for inducing the differentiation into neural progenitors, neurons, and dopaminergic neurons. Accordingly, the method can stably generate cells used for treating Parkinson's disease or other nervous system diseases.

Abstract: A method and system can access local network access devices whose IP (Internet Protocol) addresses are not registered to a DNS (Domain Name System) server using domain names. For this, a local network gateway registers the IP addresses and the domain names mapped to the IP addresses thereto. If a domain name contained in a received DNS query packet is registered to the local network gateway, the local network gateway changes a DNS query packet into a DNS answer packet containing an IP address corresponding to the registered domain name and then transmits the DNS answer packet to a local personal computer. Otherwise, the local network gateway passes the DNS query packet to an external network as it is.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for tilting a door for a refrigerator. The apparatus includes: the door selectively opening and closing a storage chamber; a basket frame provided on a rear surface of the door and having a basket detachably installed on the basket frame; a tilting hinge connecting the door to the basket frame so that the door is tilted by a desired angle; and a tilting prevention pin having one end extending through a side of the tilting hinge and the other end supported by a side of the basket frame, for restricting and allowing the tilting of the door.
