Abstract: An automatic vision display apparatus has a flight object having a floating gas filled therein to fly, flying along a vertical wall surface and including a screen mounted at an opposite side to the vertical wall surface; a propulsion unit mounted at a predetermined position of the flight object and moving the flight object; a control unit mounted to the flight object and controlling the propulsion unit; a projector projecting an image on the screen of the flight object at a distance from the flight object; an adjusting unit adjusting an image projecting direction of the projector; and a main control unit controlling the projector to project the image and controlling the adjusting unit so that the projector tracks a movement of the flight object to project an image. According to the invention, it is possible to project an image while automatically tracking the screen of the flight object being flying.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for recording broadcast data and providing content, in which the content is recorded based on a time at which the content is actually transmitted using interaction between a server and a host device is provided. The method includes receiving a request for recording a particular program, registering program information of the requested program in a content server, and performing recording of the program upon detection of stream output notification information for the registered program from the content server.

Abstract: There are provided reflow apparatuses and a methods therefor. In some embodiments, a reflow apparatus includes a first heating unit capable of heating a solder on a substrate up to just below before a melting point of the solder at ambient pressure such that the solder on the substrate is melted and electronic components mounted on the substrate are then soldered to the substrate; and a second heating unit connected to the first heating unit, the second heating unit capable of heating the solder on the substrate heated in the first heating unit through at least a portion of a solder melting temperature range in a vacuum state.

Abstract: An automatic zoom apparatus and method for playing dynamic images. The automatic zoom apparatus provides more dynamic images to a user by detecting a dynamic change of image signals to zoom and display a predetermined area where the dynamic change is detected. To this end, the automatic zoom apparatus for playing the dynamic images comprises a motion detector for, when a zoom function is requested to zoom predetermined image signals, detecting a motion based on a color change between frames extracted from the predetermined image signals. Also included is a motion area designator for designating a predetermined area including objects of the motion detected by the motion detector, as a motion area, and a zoom controller for performing a zoom function for zooming an image of the image signals of the motion area designated by the motion area designator. Thereby, the user can enjoy a more dynamic image such that television watching is not as monotonous.

Abstract: The present invention provides an LOC package wherein the lead frame is in direct contact with the semiconductor device. The lead frame, which includes openings, is positioned directly on the semiconductor device. An adhesive material is applied in the opening in the lead frame. This adhesive material contacts both the lead frame and the semiconductor device. The lead frame is therefore securely held to the semiconductor device. Wires can then be bonded to contact pads on the semiconductor device and to the lead frame.

Abstract: A heater unit is provided, the heater unit equipped with an induction heating coil and an electric heater selectively operated based on kind and state of a load of a cooking vessel placed on the heater unit. The kind is determined by an input current inputted when a load-type determination unit causes the induction heating coil to be operated and a resonance current flowing into the induction heating coil. The state is determined by a temperature change of the heater unit when a load-state determination unit allows the electric heater to generate heat, and the induction heating coil and the electric heater are selectively operated based on the determined kind and state of the load. Accordingly, a user needs not to scrupulously determine the kind of the cooking vessel and the electric cooker is not operated under a no-load state to prevent occurrence of safety accidents.
