    Abstract: Provided are a system and method of simultaneously providing stereoscopic images to multiple users. The system includes at least one glasses unit, a stereoscopic image generating device configured to calculate spatial information of the at least one glasses unit, and generate the stereoscopic image corresponding to the spatial information of the at least one glasses unit, and a stereoscopic image providing device configured to project the stereoscopic image corresponding to the spatial information of the at least one glasses unit to provide the projected stereoscopic image to the at least one glasses unit. Thus, through lightweight glasses constituted of only simple optical elements without a separate electronic device such as a micro panel, stereoscopic information such as through an existing HMD may be provided to multiple users.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a wearable display-based remote collaboration apparatus and method. The wearable display-based remote collaboration apparatus includes an image acquisition unit, a recognition unit, an image processing unit, and a visualization unit. The image acquisition unit obtains image information associated with the present point of time of a worker. The recognition unit recognizes the location and motion of the worker based on the obtained image information. The image processing unit matches a virtual object, corresponding to an object of work included in the obtained image information, with the image information, and matches a motion of the object of work, matched with the image information, with the image information based on manipulation information. The visualization unit visualizes the image information processed by the image processing unit, and outputs the visualized image information.

A first step coverage-compensating layer is provided between a substrate on which the main seal has been coated and the main seal. A plurality of dummy seals is arranged external to the main seal. A second step coverage-compensating layer having the same thickness as the first step coverage-compensating layer is provided between the substrate on which the dummy seals are arranged and the dummy seals. Accordingly, a main seal and dummy seals having the same thickness produce uniform liquid crystal cell gaps. The liquid crystal display device is beneficially made by a fabrication process employing four or five masks.
