  • Publication number: 20050009327
Abstract: A wiring pattern-forming apparatus, includes a transfer plate 15 for transferring a wiring material 11 arranged to form a wiring pattern onto a substrate 10, a wiring material feeder 2 for feeding the wiring material 11 onto the transfer plate 15, and an energy feeder 6, 7 to feed energy to the wiring material 11 fed to the transfer plate 15 by the wiring material feeder 6. By utilizing the energy fed from the energy feeder 6, 7, the viscosity of the wiring material 11 when the material 11 is fed from the material feeder 2 to the transfer plate 15 is made different from that of the wiring material 11 when the material 11 is transferred from the transfer plate 15 to the substrate 10.

  • Patent number: 6805655
Abstract: Many vehicles designed for running on rough terrain include an automatic transmission for performing speed change by connecting or disconnecting an oil hydraulic clutch provided alongside each speed change gear. However, depending on the posture of the driver, it may be impossible to step on the brake. As a result, it may be impossible to achieve creep prevention with a creep preventive mechanism dependent on a brake signal. Therefore, a creep preventive mechanism which operates independently from a brake signal is required. The present invention provides an oil pressure control system operating independently from a brake signal. The system includes an oil pressure supply source with a linear solenoid valve for supplying working oil or interrupting the supply of the working oil to the oil hydraulic clutches. The supply of the working oil to the clutches is interrupted when the vehicle is stopped under an idling condition of an engine.

  • Patent number: 6598705
Abstract: An oil passage extending from an oil pump to a discharge port in an internal combustion engine is, at its halfway point, branched into at least two oil passages, for example, a first oil passage and a second oil passage. One of the at least two branched oil passages, for example, the second oil passage is provided with a restricting portion configured as a first orifice for restricting a flow amount of oil by reducing a diameter of the first orifice. A bypass valve is provided which acts, when a hydraulic pressure in the second oil passage exceeds a specific value, to bypass the first orifice so as to increase the flow rate of oil. It is possible to increase the hydraulic pressure at the time of low speed rotation up to a necessary pressure only by providing the restricting portion, without enhancing the performance of the oil pump.

  • Patent number: 6591493
Abstract: A method of preventing a nozzle or nozzles from dropping in a component mounting apparatus include gripping the nozzle structures with pivotal levers that are biased to a closed position. The pivotal levers are released after activation of the nozzles to permit appropriate movement for picking up, inspecting, orientating and locating electronic components on a substrate with the nozzles. During the operation of the mounting head, the levers are maintained in a release position against a biasing force and at the end of the operation, the biasing force can then cause the levers to close and support the nozzles in a gripping manner.

  • Patent number: 6530218
Abstract: A pressure regulating valve is provided in a hydrostatic, continuously variable transmission having a hydraulic closed circuit including a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor, and a high pressure oil passage and a low pressure oil passage disposed between the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor. The pressure regulating valve is provided for relieving the hydraulic pressure in the low pressure oil passage into the high pressure oil passage when the hydraulic pressure in the low pressure oil passage exceeds a predetermined value. The present invention prevents excessive pressure in the oil passages, particularly in the normally low pressure passage that serves as a high pressure side during a speed reducing operation, e.g. an engine braking or reverse load situation.

  • Patent number: 6435999
Abstract: A continuously variable hydrostatic transmission in which a fixed displacement hydraulic pump and a variable displacement hydraulic motor are disposed on a drive axle, and connected via a closed hydraulic circuit. The continuously variable hydrostatic transmission shifts gears by changing the inclination angle of a movable swashplate provided for the variable displacement the hydraulic motor. The continuously variable hydrostatic transmission may perform a correction control, where the movable swashplate is moved to the TOP side, and the maximum value of the shift amount is obtained. Then, the movable swashplate is moved to the LOW side, and the minimum value is obtained. By storing the maximum and minimum values, correction data is derived. After that, the TOP and LOW transmission gear ratios are determined on the basis of the correction data.

  • Publication number: 20020092157
Abstract: According to the present invention, a control device and a circuit board moving device controlled in operation by the control device for holding a circuit board are provided, whereby the circuit board moving device is moved to bring a component mount position on the circuit board closest to a recognition device after the circuit board moving device is moved to bring the component mount position closest to a component feed position. In the state, a circuit board mark formed on the circuit board is detected, thereby recognizing a position of the circuit board. A transfer distance for the component by a component hold device from the recognition device to the component mount position is thus shortened, enabling high-speed mounting with higher accuracy.

  • Patent number: 6343470
Abstract: An overtop position is to be established in a hydrostatic type continuously variable transmission, and an increase of the maximum speed and the maintenance of power performance are to be made compatible with each other. In a hydrostatic type continuously variable transmission, the angle of inclination of a movable swash plate is controlled in such a manner that a target Ne is calculated from both RC (riding condition) and throttle valve opening, then the target Ne thus calculated is compared with an actual Ne to determine a rotational direction and DUTY of a control motor. The operation of the control motor is controlled in accordance with the thus-determined data and angle information on the angle of the movable swash plate provided from an angle sensor.
