    Abstract: Provided is a method for manufacturing a semiconductor device. Also provided are: a semiconductor device which can be obtained by the method; and a dispersion that can be used in the method. A method for manufacturing a semiconductor device (500a) of the present invention comprises the steps (a)-(c) described below and is characterized in that the crystal orientation of a first dopant implanted layer (52) is the same as the crystal orientation of a semiconductor layer or a base (10) that is formed of a semiconductor element. (a) A dispersion which contains doped particles is applied to a specific part of a layer or a base. (b) An unsintered dopant implanted layer is obtained by drying the applied dispersion. (c) The specific part of the layer or the base is doped with a p-type or n-type dopant by irradiating the unsintered dopant implanted layer with light, and the unsintered dopant implanted layer is sintered, thereby obtaining a dopant implanted layer that is integrated with the layer or the base.

A position in the material roll before the optical films bonded to the optical display unit are cut is specified based on the panel information corresponding to the optical display unit of the optical display device determined by an inspecting apparatus that a defect exists, and the roll information coordinated to the panel information. If it is possible to recognize what position in what material roll the defect exists, as mentioned above, it is possible to carry out a production management more precisely.

A nut (24) is inserted over the screw thread shaft (23) and can rotate relative to the housing (2), via a rolling bearing (11), mounted on the housing (2), but cannot move axially. A swing link (13) is arranged to perform the pendulum motion interlocked with the linear motion of the driving shaft (7). A magnet (18) is mounted on the end of a pivotal shaft (17) to form the reference point of the pendulum motion. The position of the driving shaft (7) is detected by the rotation sensor (9) arranged opposite to the magnet (18) via a predetermined air gap.

In case the user wishes to conclude a new contract for an image forming apparatus, new contract information is generated according to the history information managed by the center server in correlation with the user. This invention provides a system capable of realizing the foregoing.
