As a result, detailed information for the selected item is acquired from a server addressed by the received web site address.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a precursor solution for forming a biaxially oriented buffer layer through low-temperature heat treatment, by which a highly oriented buffer layer can be formed even when the precursor solution is heat-treated at a low temperature of 1000° C. or lower at the time of forming a buffer layer through a wet chemical method. The precursor solution is prepared by adding a carboxylate or an alkoxide of bismuth, boron, lead, gallium, or the like, which is a metal salt for forming an oxide having a low melting point of 1200° C. or lower after pyrolysis in an oxygen atmosphere, to a precursor solution for forming a buffer layer through a wet chemical method.

The apparatus may include a location measuring unit for measuring a location on a glass plate being polished by a polishing machine, a current measuring unit for measuring an electric current flowing into the polishing machine, a memory unit for storing a reference value of the electric current flowing into the polishing machine for each polishing location of the glass plate, and a control unit for determining whether a polishing state is faulty, by comparing a value of the electric current measured by the current measuring unit for each polishing location measured by the location measuring unit with a corresponding reference value of the electric current stored in the memory unit for each polishing location.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a wire type thin film solar cell, including: a metal wire which is made of any one selected from the group consisting of aluminum (Al), titanium (Ti), chromium (Cr), molybdenum (Mo) and tungsten (W); an N-type layer which is deposited on a circumference of the metal wire and conducts electrons generated from the metal wire; a P-type layer which is deposited on the N-type layer and emits electrons excited by solar light; and a transparent electrode layer which is deposited on the P-type layer. The wire type thin film solar cell can exhibit high photoelectric conversion efficiency compared to conventional flat-plate type thin film solar cells and can be easily manufactured into a highly-dense solar cell module.

Abstract: The present invention is provided to manufacture a low magnetic loss metal tape with biaxial texture and a manufacturing method thereof. The low magnetic loss metal tape has a non-magnetic metal layer deposited on a nickel layer in the form of stack. The low magnetic loss metal tape with biaxial texture is manufactured by the following steps. A biaxially textured nickel layer is formed on a surface of cathode rotating in an electroplating bath including a cathode with single crystalline structure or similarly high orientation, and an anode made of high purity nickel. The nickel layer formed on the cathode is then washed in a water bath. Subsequently, a non-magnetic metal layer is formed on the washed nickel layer rotating in a plating bath with a non-magnetic metal solution. The metal tape is finally manufactured by delaminating and winding the nickel/non-magnetic metal layers.

A minimum mark or space length of the control information recorded in the lead-in area is longer than that of data recorded in the data area. The control information of the lead-in area is copied to the lead-out area. On the basis of the data reproduction or recording method, an optical disc device can correctly read and confirm the control information from the high-density optical disc, minimize the interference between a mark and space in high-density recording data, reduce the effects of scratches or dust on the disc, and efficiently prevent an erroneous data reproduction or recording operation.
