    Abstract: In a method for encryption of sensitive data, an encrypted user private key is received in a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) in a worker node in a container management system, the encrypted user private key being an encrypted version of a user private key for decrypting a message from a user in the container management system. The user private key is obtained in the TEE, and the encrypted user private key being decrypted into the user private key with a provider private key that is received from an encryption manager for managing the container management system. With these embodiments, the user private key may be transmitted to the worker node safely, such that the worker node may use the user private key to decrypt messages from the user. Therefore, the security level of the container management system may be increased.

    Abstract: A method of fabricating a semiconductor device includes forming at least one fin on a substrate, a plurality of dummy gates over the at least one fin, and a sidewall spacer on the dummy gates. Source and drain regions are epitaxially formed contacting the at least one fin and laterally adjacent the dummy gates, where forming the source and drain regions leaves a void below the source and drain regions and adjacent the dummy gates. The dummy gates are replaced with active gates, each having a gate dielectric on the sidewall spacer and a gate electrode on the gate dielectric. A patterned layer is formed exposing a selected active gate of the active gates. A first etch is performed to remove exposed portions of the gate electrode of the selected active gate. A second etch is performed, after the first etch, to remove exposed portions of a gate dielectric of the selected active gate.

The new method uses a phase change material tetradecane as one of the solvents to extract the natural dye, the extracted natural dye as a core material, and polybutylene succinate as a wall material to microencapsulate the natural dye containing the phase change material by a solvent evaporation method to prepare natural dye microcapsules, then melt-blends with a carrier resin, extrudes and granulates to obtain the color masterbatch with the natural dye. The microencapsulation improves the thermal stability of natural dye and compatibility with carrier resin The obtained color masterbatch with natural dye has excellent heat resistance, and the fabric obtained after spinning with it has good color fastness to hot pressing.
