The shunt cone has a body, an inlet channel, and an outlet channel. The body has a conical cone portion. The inlet channel has an extension height from a top of shunt cone being higher than an extension height of the inlet channel from the top of the shunt cone. The mold cap is attached to a bottom of the pressing mold and has a lower mold cavity to allow the cone portion to extend into the lower mold cavity and to define a conical shaped connection channel. The connection channel communicates with the pressing channel, and a material input channel is defined in the mold cap and communicating with the connection channel.

The compositions include a therapeutic agent (e.g., antimicrobial agent, antibiotic, or anesthetic agent), a permeation enhancer which increases the flux of the therapeutic agent across the barrier, and a matrix forming agent. The matrix forming agent forms a gel at a suitable gelation temperature and rheological properties for use in drug delivery, and in some cases, the gelation temperature and rheological properties are not significantly changed from those of the composition without the permeation enhancer. The invention also provides a matrix forming agent and compositions thereof. Such compositions are particularly useful in the treatment of otitis media. Methods of treatment, methods of delivery, and kits for the compositions described herein are also provided.

The lipid nanoparticle provides targeting cell surface integrin ?v?3, the nano-liposome specific against digestion system-related cancers locally and systemically. The lipid nanoparticle of the present disclosure would target cancer cells instead of normal cells. Even normal cells contain integrin ?v?3, however, the lipid nanoparticle of the present disclosure only recognizes the conformation of integrin ?v?3 on the cancer cells. The lipid nanoparticle of the present disclosure can equip with other targeting molecules, payload with other anti-cancer drugs, and can combine with radiation therapy and reduce radiation therapeutic threshold.
