  • Publication number: 20170087700
Abstract: A stapler is configured to bind a workpiece using a staple made of a non-metal soft material. The staple has a crown portion and a pair of leg portions formed by bending both longitudinal ends of the crown portion toward one direction. The stapler includes a placing base, a penetrating part, an opening, and a pressing portion. The opening is provided on the placing base so that the one pair of cutting blades and the one pair of leg portions of the staple inserted into the workpiece pass through the opening. The pressing portion that is provided in the opening of the placing base and suppresses deformation of the workpiece caused by a force applied to the workpiece from the cutting blades when the cutting blades penetrate the workpiece.

  • Publication number: 20160259772
Abstract: A business form generating server generates a business form page by overlaying form information and field data. The business form generating server generates data for displaying a browsing screen on which the business form page is browsed and edited. A client apparatus adds attribute information to information for a field of the business form page based on the data, wherein the attribute information includes layout information. If the information of the field of the business form page is edited by using the browsing screen, the client apparatus determines whether or not overlaying again is necessary based on the attribute information which is added to the information of the edited field.

  • Patent number: 9424646
Abstract: A control system executes a first control operation, and then executes a second control operation. In the first control operation, the image processing section obtains the image data and specifies a position of a characteristic part. The control section determines a control instruction for accelerating an object to a predetermined first speed based on the specified position of the characteristic part and then decelerating the object to a predetermined second speed lower than the first speed, to move the object to an intermediate target position away from the final target position by a predetermined margin distance. In the second control operation, the image processing section obtains the image data during movement of the moving mechanism and specifies the position of the characteristic part, and the control section determines a control instruction for positioning the object to the final target position based on the specified position of the characteristic part.

  • Patent number: 9286669
Abstract: A model is defined by a plurality of first positions on an edge extracted from a model image and a changing direction of the edge in each of the first positions. An image processing apparatus calculates a changing direction of an edge in a second position of an input image corresponding to the first position on the edge of the model image. The image processing apparatus accepts an instruction associated with a permissible value of the changing direction of the edge. The image processing apparatus calculates a similarity degree of the first position and the second position corresponding to the first position based on the accepted instruction, the changing direction of the edge in the first and second position. The image processing apparatus determines whether a specific area in the input image is similar to the model or not based on the calculated similarity degree in the second positions.
