    Abstract: The disclosure provides a feature compression algorithm based on neural network, including the following steps: S1, image data preparation: collecting facial images, and uniformly performing map processing to the facial images collected; S2, feature data acquisition: delivering the facial images processed into a face recognition system for face detection and feature extraction, and saving facial feature data; S3, setting up a neural network model; S4, model iteration training; S5, storing a parameter model; and S6, feature compression. The feature compression algorithm based on neural network of the disclosure can not only achieve compression of original feature data, but also retain its original semantic feature, which belongs to a higher-dimensional feature abstraction. The compressed feature data can be directly used.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for segmenting a video object, an electronic device, a storage medium, and a program include: performing, among at least some frames of a video, inter-frame transfer of an object segmentation result of a reference frame in sequence from the reference frame, to obtain an object segmentation result of at least one other frame among the at least some frames; determining other frames having lost objects with respect to the object segmentation result of the reference frame among the at least some frames; using the determined other frames as target frames to segment the lost objects, so as to update the object segmentation results of the target frames; and transferring the updated object segmentation results of the target frames to the at least one other frame in the video in sequence. The accuracy of video object segmentation results can therefore be improved.

    Abstract: A device and a method for preparing pure titanium by electrolysis-chlorination-electrolysis, wherein the device includes a first electrolytic cell, a second electrolytic cell, a chlorination reactor and guide tubes. The Cl2 generated at the anode of the first electrolytic cell is introduced into a chlorination reactor containing the TiCxOy or TiCxOyNz raw materials via a guide tube, and a chlorination is carried out to generate TiCl4 gas at a temperature of 200° C.-600° C. The TiCl4 gas passes through a guide tube into a cathode of the second electrolytic cell, and then an electrolysis is performed to obtain the high-purity titanium in the second electrolytic cell. At the same time, the Cl2 generated at the anode of the second electrolytic cell is recycled into the chlorination reactor in the first electrolytic cell to continue to participate in the chlorination of TiCxOy or TiCxOyNz.
