DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

In cooperation with attached drawings, the technical contents and detailed description of the present invention are described thereinafter according to a number of preferable embodiments, not used to limit its executing scope. Any equivalent variation and modification made according to appended claims is all covered by the claims claimed by the present invention.

Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, respectively showing a plane illustration of the window curtain prop stand and a perspective illustration of the adjusting structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The invention is to provide an adjusting structure of adjustable window curtain prop stand. The adjusting structure 3 is plural and horizontally arranged between two prop plates 322, 332 interspaced vertically. By means of the two prop plates 322, 332, a curtain 1 is hanged down from a fixed object, like a ceiling 2. In cooperation with the disposition of the window curtain 1, the adjusting structure 3 is provided for adjusting the height position of the window curtain 1.

Please refer to FIG. 2 together with FIG. 3. The adjusting structure 3 includes a lead screw 30 with two threads in opposite directions of spiral; two displacing elements 31 respectively engaged with the lead screw 30; two positioning elements 32, 33 respectively supported between upper and lower sides of the two displacing elements 31, making the lead screw 30 shown as a horizontally hanged configuration; a plurality of connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331 separately and actively connected between the displacing elements 31 and the positioning elements 32, 33.

The lead screw 30 is shown as a rod-typed configuration, on which two external threads 300, 301 in opposite directions of spiral are arranged. In other words, two external threads 300, 301 are a left-handed thread and a right-handed thread respectively and shown as a symmetrical disposition on the lead screw 30. In addition, a rotating knob 302 is respectively arranged at two sides of the lead screw 30, any one of which can be rotated by human hand to facilitate the rotation of the lead screw 30.

Two displacing elements 31 are respectively engaged upon two external threads 300, 301 of the lead screw 30. Since the directions of spiral of two external threads of the lead screw 30 are opposite to each other, when the lead screw 30 is rotated in clockwise or counterclockwise directions, the displacing directions of two displacing elements are just opposite to each other as well, such that a displacing effect of moving closely or faraway is thus generated.

Two positioning elements 32, 33 are respectively arranged by securing to two inner side faces of the two prop plates 322, 332. In other words, the two positioning elements 32, 33 are just respectively located at upper and lower positions of the two displacing elements 31 and respectively make an acting connection with the two displacing elements 31 via the four connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331, where a four links mechanism is formed by taking the two displacing elements 31 as a gliding pair to further make the adjusting structure 3 able to be arranged between two prop plates 322, 332, thereby a window curtain prop stand being thus constituted. Each connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331 is a thin rod separately.

Accordingly, in an embodiment proposed by the present invention, the lower side of the prop plate 322 is provided for hanging down the window curtain 1, while the other prop plate 332 is secured to the ceiling 2. The positioning element 32 is located below the two displacing element 31 and is actively connected to the two displacing elements 31 via the two connecting elements 320, 321. Since the lengths of the two connecting elements 320, 321 are equal, a relationship of symmetrically equal distance is thus formed. On the other hand, the positioning element 33 is located above the two displacing elements 31 and is actively connected to the two displacing elements 31 via another two connecting elements 330, 331. And, since the lengths of the two connecting elements 330, 331 are equal, a relationship of symmetrically equal distance is thus formed. In this case, the two positioning elements 32, 33 can be respectively secured to the two prop plates 322, 332, making the lead screw 30 shown as a horizontal state and hanged between the two prop plates 322, 332. When the relative displacement of two displacing elements 31 is created by rotating the lead screw 30, the inclining angles of each connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331 are changed, thereby the distance between the two prop plates 322, 332 being changed as well.

Accordingly, through the constitution of aforementioned assemblies, an adjusting structure of adjustable window curtain prop stand according to the invention is thus obtained.

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, when the lead screw 30 is rotated in one direction (for example, clockwise direction), the external thread 300 shown as a left-handed thread will move the displacing element 31 engaged thereon toward the right side of the lead screw 30, while the external thread 301 shown as a right-handed thread will move the displacing element 31 engaged thereon toward the left side of the lead screw 30. In doing so, the two displacing elements 31 will be moved faraway from each other. In other words, the distance between the two prop plates 322, 332 is shrunk. Since the prop plate 332 is secured to the ceiling 2, only the prop plate 322 pushing up each connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331 is moved upwardly following the movement of the two displacing elements 31. In the meantime, the height position of the window curtain 1 is raised subsequently.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, when the lead screw 30 is rotated in another direction (for example, counterclockwise direction), the external thread 300 shown as a left-handed thread will move the displacing element 31 engaged thereon toward the left side of the lead screw 30, while the external thread 301 shown as a right-handed thread will move the displacing element 31 engaged thereon toward the right side of the lead screw 30. In doing so, the two displacing elements 31 will be moved closer to each other. In other words, the distance between the two prop plates 322, 332 is enlarged, so the prop plate 322 pulling down each connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331 is moved downwardly following the movement of the two displacing elements 31. In the meantime, the height position of the window curtain 1 is lowered down subsequently.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, in a second embodiment according to the present invention, only one side of the lead screw 30 has the external thread 301 provided for the corresponding displacing element 31 to be engaged thereon, while another side of the lead screw 30 is provided for another displacing element 31 arranged thereon. In this case, when the lead screw 30 is rotated in both directions, the height position of the window curtain 1 will be elevated or lowered down.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, a third embodiment according to the present invention discloses differently varying patterns of each part of the adjusting structure 3. The main difference from the aforementioned embodiment is that the configurations of each connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331 are changed into a flat shape, such that the bearing strength of each connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331 is thereby enhanced.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, in a fourth embodiment according to the present invention, each connecting elements 320, 321, 330, 331 constituted by a striped flat plate can also be applied to the lead screw 30 that only has a single side with external thread 301. However, the same purpose of elevating or lowering down the height position of the window curtain 1 still can be achieved as well.

Summarizing aforementioned description, the adjusting structure according to the invention is an indispensably design for an adjustable window curtain prop stand indeed, which may positively reach the expected usage objective for solving the drawbacks of the prior arts, and which extremely possesses the innovation and progressiveness to completely fulfill the applying merits of new type patent, according to which the invention is thereby applied. Please examine the application carefully and grant it as a formal patent for protecting the rights of the inventor.

However, the aforementioned description is only a preferable embodiment according to the present invention, not used to limit the patent scope of the invention, so equivalently structural variation made to the contents of the present invention, for example, description and drawings, is all covered by the claims claimed thereinafter.
