FACE MASK STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A face mask structure and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. The face mask structure includes a main structure layer and an elastic structure layer. The elastic structure layer is disposed on a surface layer of the main structure layer so as to fully cover the surface layer. The elastic structure layer includes an elastic ear strap layer partially separatably disposed on the surface layer of the main structure layer, the elastic ear strap layer includes two elastic ear strap portions separatably connected with each other through a tear-off line. Each of the two elastic ear strap portions has two opposite ends separated from each other. After the two elastic ear strap portions are separated from each other by ripping or tearing along the tear-off line, two ears of a user can respectively wear the two elastic ear strap portions when using the face mask structure.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED PATENT APPLICATION

FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE

The present disclosure relates to a face mask structure and a method of manufacturing the same, and more particularly to a face mask structure using an elastic structure layer and a method of manufacturing the same.

BACKGROUND OF THE DISCLOSURE

Currently, a conventional face mask has a skin contacting layer that is exposed to an environment before being used for the first time, so that the skin contacting layer of the conventional face mask is susceptible to contamination.

SUMMARY OF THE DISCLOSURE

In response to the above-referenced technical inadequacies, the present disclosure provides a face mask structure and a method of manufacturing the same.

In one aspect, the present disclosure provides a face mask structure, including a main structure layer and an elastic structure layer. The main structure layer includes a first layer, a second layer disposed on the first layer, and a third layer disposed on the second layer, and the main structure layer has a plurality of creases formed thereon. The elastic structure layer is disposed on the third layer of the main structure layer so as to fully cover the third layer of the main structure layer. The elastic structure layer includes an elastic ear strap layer, and the elastic ear strap layer includes a surrounding fixed portion fixed on the third layer and two elastic ear strap portions connected to the surrounding fixed portion. The two elastic ear strap portions are partially separatably disposed on the third layer, and the two elastic ear strap portions are separatably connected with each other. Each of the two elastic ear strap portions has two opposite ends respectively connected to the surrounding fixed portion, and the two opposite ends of each of the two elastic ear strap portions are separated from each other.

In another aspect, the present disclosure provides a face mask structure, including a main structure layer and an elastic structure layer. The main structure layer has a plurality of creases formed thereon. The elastic structure layer is disposed on a surface layer of the main structure layer so as to fully cover the surface layer of the main structure layer. The elastic structure layer includes an elastic ear strap layer partially separatably disposed on the surface layer of the main structure layer, the elastic ear strap layer includes two elastic ear strap portions separatably connected with each other through a tear-off line, and each of the two elastic ear strap portions has two opposite ends separated from each other.

In yet another aspect, the present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing a face mask structure, including: providing a plurality of main structure layers, wherein each of the main structure layers has a plurality of creases formed thereon; and then respectively fixing a plurality of elastic structure layers on the main structure layers. Each of the elastic structure layers is disposed on a surface layer of the corresponding main structure layer so as to fully cover the surface layer of the corresponding main structure layer. Each of the elastic structure layers includes an elastic ear strap layer partially separatably disposed on the surface layer of the corresponding main structure layer, the elastic ear strap layer includes two elastic ear strap portions separatably connected with each other through a tear-off line, and each of the two elastic ear strap portions has two opposite ends separated from each other.

Therefore, by virtue of “the elastic structure layer being disposed on a surface layer of the main structure layer so as to fully cover the surface layer of the main structure layer”, “the elastic structure layer including an elastic ear strap layer partially separatably disposed on the surface layer of the main structure layer”, “the elastic ear strap layer including two elastic ear strap portions separatably connected with each other through a tear-off line” and “each of the two elastic ear strap portions having two opposite ends separated from each other”, the two elastic ear strap portions can be separated from each other by ripping or tearing along the tear-off line, so that two ears of a user can respectively wear the two elastic ear strap portions when using the face mask structure.

Furthermore, before a top surrounding tear-off line, a bottom surrounding tear-off line, a left surrounding tear-off line and a right surrounding tear-off line are removed, the structurability (or structural integrity) of the main structure layer can be increased due to the elastic structure layer such that the main structure layer is less likely to be deformed, and the third layer (or the first layer) of the main structure layer can be fully covered by the elastic structure layer such that the third layer (or the first layer) of the main structure layer is prevented from contamination. In addition, when the two elastic ear strap portions are partially separatably disposed on an outer surface of the first layer, the user can also wear the face mask structure through the two elastic ear strap portions. When the two elastic ear strap portions are strapped around the two ears of the user, the two elastic ear strap portions are stretched such that two opposite lateral sides of the face mask structure are tightly pressed along a facial contour of the user, thereby allowing the face mask structure to fit different facial contours according to different wearers.

These and other aspects of the present disclosure will become apparent from the following description of the embodiment taken in conjunction with the following drawings and their captions, although variations and modifications therein may be affected without departing from the spirit and scope of the novel concepts of the disclosure.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EXEMPLARY EMBODIMENTS

The present disclosure is more particularly described in the following examples that are intended as illustrative only since numerous modifications and variations therein will be apparent to those skilled in the art. Like numbers in the drawings indicate like components throughout the views. As used in the description herein and throughout the claims that follow, unless the context clearly dictates otherwise, the meaning of “a”, “an”, and “the” includes plural reference, and the meaning of “in” includes “in” and “on”. Titles or subtitles can be used herein for the convenience of a reader, which shall have no influence on the scope of the present disclosure. The terms used herein generally have their ordinary meanings in the art. In the case of conflict, the present document, including any definitions given herein, will prevail. Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 13, the present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing a face mask structure M, including: firstly, referring to FIGS. 1 to 4 (or referring to FIG. 1 and FIG. 11), providing a plurality of main structure layers 1, and each of the main structure layers 1 having a plurality of creases 100 formed thereon (step S100); and then referring to FIGS. 1 and 5 to 7 (or referring to FIG. 1, FIG. 12 and FIG. 13), respectively fixing a plurality of elastic structure layers 2 on the main structure layers 1, and each of the elastic structure layers 2 being disposed on a surface layer (such as an innermost layer or an outermost layer) of the corresponding main structure layer 1 so as to fully cover the surface layer of the corresponding main structure layer 1 (step S102). More particularly, referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 (or referring to FIG. 13), the present disclosure provides a face mask structure M, including a main structure layer 1 and an elastic structure layer 2. The main structure layer 1 has a plurality of creases 100 formed thereon, and the elastic structure layer 2 is disposed on a surface layer of the main structure layer 1 so as to fully cover the surface layer of the main structure layer 1. The elastic structure layer 2 includes an elastic ear strap layer 21 (or an ear-hanging layer) partially separatably (or separably) disposed on the surface layer of the main structure layer 1, the elastic ear strap layer 21 includes two elastic ear strap portions 212 (or two elastic ear-hanging portions) separatably connected with each other through a tear-off line (such as a middle tear-off line CL), and each of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 has two opposite ends separated from each other.

First Embodiment

Referring to FIG. 2 to FIG. 8, a first embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing a face mask structure M, including: firstly, referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, cutting a main structure layer tape 1R (or a main structure layer strip) to form a plurality of main structure layers 1 (that is to say, the main structure layers 1 can be formed by cutting a main structure layer tape 1R), and each of the main structure layers 1 having a plurality of creases 100 (such as lines made by folding) formed thereon; next, referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, cutting an elastic structure layer tape 2R (or an elastic structure layer strip) to form a plurality of elastic structure layers 2 (that is to say, the elastic structure layers 2 can be formed by cutting an elastic structure layer tape 2R); and then referring to FIG. 6, respectively fixing a plurality of elastic structure layers 2 on the main structure layers 1, and each of the elastic structure layers 2 being disposed on a surface layer (such as an innermost layer or an outermost layer) of the corresponding main structure layer 1 so as to fully cover the surface layer of the corresponding main structure layer 1 (that is to say, the surface layers of the main structure layers 1 can be entirely covered by the elastic structure layers 2, respectively).

For example, referring to FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, after the main structure layer tape 1R is cut into the main structure layers 1 (as shown in FIG. 6) and the elastic structure layer tape 2R is cut into the elastic structure layers 2 (as shown in FIG. 6), the elastic structure layers 2 can be respectively fixed on the main structure layers 1 by ultrasonic welding or hot-pressing welding so as to finish the manufacturing of the face mask structures M. However, the aforementioned description is merely an example and is not meant to limit the scope of the present disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 5, the present disclosure provides a face mask structure M, including a main structure layer 1 and an elastic structure layer 2.

For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the main structure layer 1 includes a first layer 11 (that is an outermost layer of the main structure layer 1, such as a skin contacting layer), a second layer 12 disposed on the first layer 11, and a third layer 13 (that is an innermost layer of the main structure layer 1) disposed on the second layer 12, and the first layer 11, the second layer 12 and the third layer 13 may be made of non-woven fabric or any other type of fabric. Moreover, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the first layer 11, the second layer 12 and the third layer 13 are stacked on top of one another, in which the first layer 11 may be a fluid-repelling layer that serves as a barrier to fluids (such as droplets or spray), the second layer 12 may be a barrier layer that serves as a barrier to germs (such as dust particles or bacterium), and the third layer is a moisture-absorbing layer that is adapted to contact facial skin such as for absorbing facial oil or sweat. In addition, referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, a surrounding fixed portion 120 of the second layer 12 can be fixedly disposed on a surrounding fixed portion 110 of the first layer 11 by welding, a surrounding fixed portion 130 of the third layer 13 can be fixedly disposed on the surrounding fixed portion 120 of the second layer 12 by welding, and the surrounding fixed portion 211 of the elastic ear strap layer 21 can be fixedly disposed on the surrounding fixed portion 130 of the third layer 13 by welding. However, the aforementioned description is merely an example and is not meant to limit the scope of the present disclosure. For example, the main structure layer 1 may include at least one or more than two layers.

More particularly, referring to FIG. 5 to FIG. 7, the elastic structure layer 2 is disposed on a surface layer (such as the first layer 11 or the third layer 13) of the main structure layer 1 so as to fully cover the surface layer (such as the first layer 11 or the third layer 13) of the main structure layer 1 through the elastic structure layer 2. Moreover, the elastic structure layer 2 includes an elastic ear strap layer 21, and the elastic ear strap layer 21 includes a surrounding fixed portion 211 fixed on the surface layer (such as the first layer 11 or the third layer 13) and two elastic ear strap portions 212 connected to the surrounding fixed portion 211. In addition, the two elastic ear strap portions 212 can be partially separatably disposed on the surface layer (such as the first layer 11 or the third layer 13), and the two elastic ear strap portions 212 can be separatably connected with each other. It should be noted that each of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 has two opposite ends respectively connected to the surrounding fixed portion 211, so that the two opposite ends of each of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 are separated from each other and do not contact with each other.

For example, referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, each of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 includes two connecting sections 2121 tightly connected to the surrounding fixed portion 211 of the elastic ear strap layer 21, two extending sections 2122 respectively extended from the two connecting sections 2121, and a bending section 2123 connected between the two extending sections 2122, and the two bending sections 2123 of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 are separatably connected with each other. Moreover, a middle tear-off line CL is formed between the two bending sections 2123 of the two elastic ear strap portions 212, and the elastic structure layer 2 has a plurality of middle through openings 200C (such as through holes or through grooves) arranged along the middle tear-off line CL, so that the two bending sections 2123 of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 can be separatably connected with each other through the middle tear-off line CL. In addition, the elastic structure layer 2 includes a removable layer 22 integrally connected with the elastic ear strap layer 21, and the removable layer 22 can be separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer 21. However, the aforementioned description is merely an example and is not meant to limit the scope of the present disclosure.

For example, referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the surrounding fixed portion 211 of the elastic ear strap layer 21 includes a top side section 211T, a bottom side section 211B corresponding to the top side section 211T, a left side section 211L connected between a side of the top side section 211T and a side of the bottom side section 211B, and a right side section 211R connected between another side of the top side section 211T and another side of the bottom side section 211B. Moreover, one of the two connecting sections 2121 of one of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 can be tightly connected to the top side section 211T and/or the left side section 211L, and another one of the two connecting sections 2121 of one of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 can be tightly connected to the bottom side section 211B and/or the left side section 211L. One of the two connecting sections 2121 of another one of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 can be tightly connected to the top side section 211T and/or the right side section 211R, and another one of the two connecting sections 2121 of another one of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 can be tightly connected to the bottom side section 211B and/or the right side section 211R. However, the aforementioned description is merely an example and is not meant to limit the scope of the present disclosure.

For example, referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, the removable layer 22 includes a top removable portion 22T separatably connected between the top side section 211T and the two elastic ear strap portions 212, a bottom removable portion 22B separatably connected between the bottom side section 211B and the two elastic ear strap portions 212, a left removable portion 22L separatably connected between the left side section 211L and one of the two elastic ear strap portions 212, and a right removable portion 22R separatably connected between the right side section 211R and another one of the two elastic ear strap portions 212. Moreover, a top surrounding tear-off line TL is formed between the top removable portion 22T and the elastic ear strap layer 21, so that the top removable portion 22T can be separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer 21 through the top surrounding tear-off line TL. A bottom surrounding tear-off line BL is formed between the bottom removable portion 22B and the elastic ear strap layer 21, so that the bottom removable portion 22B can be separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer 21 through the bottom surrounding tear-off line BL. A left surrounding tear-off line LL is formed between the left removable portion 22L and the elastic ear strap layer 21, so that the left removable portion 22L can be separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer 21 through the left surrounding tear-off line LL. A right surrounding tear-off line RL is formed between the right removable portion 22R and the elastic ear strap layer 21, so that the right removable portion 22R can be separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer 21 through the right surrounding tear-off line RL. In addition, the elastic structure layer 2 has a plurality of top through openings 220T (such as through holes or through grooves) arranged along the top surrounding tear-off line TL, a plurality of bottom through openings 200B (such as through holes or through grooves) arranged along the bottom surrounding tear-off line BL, a plurality of left through openings 200L (such as through holes or through grooves) arranged along the left surrounding tear-off line LL, and a plurality of right through openings 200R (such as through holes or through grooves) arranged along the right surrounding tear-off line RL. However, the aforementioned description is merely an example and is not meant to limit the scope of the present disclosure.

For example, referring to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8, after the top removable portion 22T is removed, a top unoccupied space TS can be formed between the top side section 211T and the two elastic ear strap portions 212. After the bottom removable portion 22B is removed, a bottom unoccupied space BS can be formed between the bottom side section 211B and the two elastic ear strap portions 212. After the left removable portion 22L is removed, a left unoccupied space LS can be formed between the left side section 211L and one of the two elastic ear strap portions 212. After the right removable portion 22R is removed, a right unoccupied space RS can be formed between the right side section 211R and another one of the two elastic ear strap portions 212. Moreover, after the top removable portion 22T is removed, a plurality of top half through openings 200TH (such as half through holes or half through grooves) can be formed on the top side section 211T and the two elastic ear strap portions 212 for surrounding the top unoccupied space TS. After the bottom removable portion 22B is removed, a plurality of bottom half through openings 200BH (such as half through holes or half through grooves) can be formed on the bottom side section 211B and the two elastic ear strap portions 212 for surrounding the bottom unoccupied space BS. After the left removable portion 22L is removed, a plurality of left half through openings 200LH (such as half through holes or half through grooves) can be formed on the left side section 211L and one of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 for surrounding the left unoccupied space LS. After the right removable portion 22R is removed, a plurality of right half through openings 200RH (such as half through holes or half through grooves) can be formed on the right side section 211R and another one of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 for surrounding the right unoccupied space RS. However, the aforementioned description is merely an example and is not meant to limit the scope of the present disclosure.

It should be noted that the face mask structure M of the present disclosure further includes a bendable element 3 disposed on one of the main structure layer 1 and the elastic structure layer 2 as shown in FIG. 7 and FIG. 8. For example, the bendable element 3 can be disposed between the first layer 11 and the second layer 12 of the main structure layer 1, or disposed between the second layer 12 and the third layer 13 of the main structure layer 1, or disposed between the main structure layer 1 and the elastic structure layer 2, or directly disposed on an outermost layer of the main structure layer 1 or an outermost layer of the elastic structure layer 2. However, the aforementioned description is merely an example and is not meant to limit the scope of the present disclosure.

It should be noted that before the top surrounding tear-off line TL, the bottom surrounding tear-off line BL, the left surrounding tear-off line LL and the right surrounding tear-off line RL are removed as shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 10, the structurability (or structural integrity) of the main structure layer 1 can be increased due to the elastic structure layer 2 such that the main structure layer 1 is less likely to be deformed, and the third layer 13 (or the first layer 11) of the main structure layer 1 can be fully covered by the elastic structure layer 2 such that the third layer 13 (or the first layer 11) of the main structure layer 1 is prevented from contamination. In addition, before the top surrounding tear-off line TL, the bottom surrounding tear-off line BL, the left surrounding tear-off line LL and the right surrounding tear-off line RL are removed, the two elastic ear strap portions 212 can be separated from each other by ripping or tearing along the middle tear-off line CL, so that two ears of a user can respectively wear the two elastic ear strap portions 212 when using the face mask structure M.

It should be noted that when the two elastic ear strap portions 212 are partially separatably disposed on an outer surface of the first layer 11 (not the third layer 13), the user can also wear the face mask structure M through the two elastic ear strap portions 212. When the two elastic ear strap portions 212 are strapped around the two ears of the user, the two elastic ear strap portions 212 are stretched such that two opposite lateral sides of the face mask structure M are tightly pressed along a facial contour of the user, thereby allowing the face mask structure M to fit different facial contours according to different wearers.

Second Embodiment

Referring to FIG. 11 to FIG. 13, a second embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method of manufacturing a face mask structure M, including: firstly, referring to FIG. 11, providing a main structure layer tape 1R (or a main structure layer strip) including a plurality of main structure layers 1 (that is to say, the main structure layers 1 are sequentially connected to one another to form a main structure layer tape 1R), and each of the main structure layers 1 having a plurality of creases 100 (such as lines made by folding) formed thereon; next, referring to FIG. 11, providing an elastic structure layer tape 2R (or an elastic structure layer strip) including a plurality of elastic structure layers 2 (that is to say, the elastic structure layers 2 are sequentially connected to one another to form an elastic structure layer tape 2R); afterwards, referring to FIG. 11 and FIG. 12, fixing the elastic structure layer tape 2R including the elastic structure layers 2 on the main structure layer tape 1R including the main structure layers 1 by welding so as to form a plurality of mask units (i.e., the face mask structure M) that are sequentially connected to one another; and then referring to FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, cutting the main structure layer tape 1R and the elastic structure layer tape 2R so as to separate the face mask structure M from each other.

More particularly, when the main structure layer tape 1R is fixed on the elastic structure layer tape 2R by welding, the elastic structure layers 2 can be respectively fixed on the main structure layers 1 by welding to form a plurality of mask units (such as the face mask structures M) that are sequentially connected to one another. In addition, after the main structure layer tape 1R is fixed on the elastic structure layer tape 2R by welding, the main structure layer tape 1R and the elastic structure layer tape 2R can be cut so as to separate the mask units (such as the face mask structures M) from each other.

Therefore, by virtue of “the elastic structure layer 2 being disposed on a surface layer of the main structure layer 1 so as to fully cover the surface layer of the main structure layer 1”, “the elastic structure layer 2 including an elastic ear strap layer 21 partially separatably disposed on the surface layer of the main structure layer 1”, “the elastic ear strap layer 21 including two elastic ear strap portions 212 separatably connected with each other through a tear-off line” and “each of the two elastic ear strap portions 212 having two opposite ends separated from each other”, the two elastic ear strap portions 212 can be separated from each other by ripping or tearing along the tear-off line (or ripping or tearing the tear-off line), so that two ears of a user can respectively wear the two elastic ear strap portions 212 when using the face mask structure M.

Furthermore, before the top surrounding tear-off line TL, the bottom surrounding tear-off line BL, the left surrounding tear-off line LL and the right surrounding tear-off line RL are removed as shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 10, the structurability (or structural integrity) of the main structure layer 1 can be increased due to the elastic structure layer 2 such that the main structure layer 1 is less likely to be deformed, and the third layer 13 (or the first layer 11) of the main structure layer 1 can be fully covered by the elastic structure layer 2 such that the third layer 13 (or the first layer 11) of the main structure layer 1 is prevented from contamination. In addition, when the two elastic ear strap portions 212 are partially separatably disposed on an outer surface of the first layer 11, the user can also wear the face mask structure M through the two elastic ear strap portions 212. When the two elastic ear strap portions 212 are strapped around the two ears of the user, the two elastic ear strap portions 212 are stretched such that two opposite lateral sides of the face mask structure M are tightly pressed along a facial contour of the user, thereby allowing the face mask structure M to fit different facial contours according to different wearers.

Claims

1. A face mask structure, comprising:

a main structure layer including a first layer, a second layer disposed on the first layer, and a third layer disposed on the second layer, and the main structure layer having a plurality of creases formed thereon; and
an elastic structure layer disposed on the third layer of the main structure layer so as to fully cover the third layer of the main structure layer;
wherein the elastic structure layer includes an elastic ear strap layer, and the elastic ear strap layer includes a surrounding fixed portion fixed on the third layer and two elastic ear strap portions connected to the surrounding fixed portion;
wherein the two elastic ear strap portions are partially separatably disposed on the third layer, and the two elastic ear strap portions are separatably connected with each other;
wherein each of the two elastic ear strap portions has two opposite ends respectively connected to the surrounding fixed portion, and the two opposite ends of each of the two elastic ear strap portions are separated from each other.

The face mask structure according to claim 1, further comprising: a bendable element disposed on one of the main structure layer and the elastic structure layer; wherein the first layer, the second layer and the third layer are stacked on top of one another, the first layer is a fluid-repelling layer that serves as a barrier to fluids, the second layer is a barrier layer that serves as a barrier to germs, and the third layer is a moisture-absorbing layer that is adapted to contact facial skin; wherein a surrounding fixed portion of the second layer is fixedly disposed on a surrounding fixed portion of the first layer, a surrounding fixed portion of the third layer is fixedly disposed on the surrounding fixed portion of the second layer, and the surrounding fixed portion of the elastic ear strap layer is fixedly disposed on the surrounding fixed portion of the third layer.

The face mask structure according to claim 1, wherein each of the two elastic ear strap portions includes two connecting sections tightly connected to the surrounding fixed portion of the elastic ear strap layer, two extending sections respectively extended from the two connecting sections, and a bending section connected between the two extending sections, and the two bending sections of the two elastic ear strap portions are separatably connected with each other; wherein a middle tear-off line is formed between the two bending sections of the two elastic ear strap portions, and the elastic structure layer has a plurality of middle through openings arranged along the middle tear-off line; wherein the elastic structure layer includes a removable layer integrally connected with the elastic ear strap layer, and the removable layer is separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer.

4. The face mask structure according to claim 3, wherein the surrounding fixed portion of the elastic ear strap layer includes a top side section, a bottom side section corresponding to the top side section, a left side section connected between a side of the top side section and a side of the bottom side section, and a right side section connected between another side of the top side section and another side of the bottom side section; wherein one of the two connecting sections of one of the two elastic ear strap portions is tightly connected to the top side section or the left side section, another one of the two connecting sections of the one of the two elastic ear strap portions is tightly connected to the bottom side section or the left side section, one of the two connecting sections of another one of the two elastic ear strap portions is tightly connected to the top side section or the right side section, and another one of the two connecting sections of the another one of the two elastic ear strap portions is tightly connected to the bottom side section or the right side section; wherein the removable layer includes a top removable portion separatably connected between the top side section and the two elastic ear strap portions, a bottom removable portion separatably connected between the bottom side section and the two elastic ear strap portions, a left removable portion separatably connected between the left side section and one of the two elastic ear strap portions, and a right removable portion separatably connected between the right side section and another one of the two elastic ear strap portions; wherein a top surrounding tear-off line is formed between the top removable portion and the elastic ear strap layer, and the top removable portion is separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer through the top surrounding tear-off line; wherein a bottom surrounding tear-off line is formed between the bottom removable portion and the elastic ear strap layer, and the bottom removable portion is separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer through the bottom surrounding tear-off line; wherein a left surrounding tear-off line is formed between the left removable portion and the elastic ear strap layer, and the left removable portion is separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer through the left surrounding tear-off line; wherein a right surrounding tear-off line is formed between the right removable portion and the elastic ear strap layer, and the right removable portion is separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer through the right surrounding tear-off line; wherein the elastic structure layer has a plurality of top through openings arranged along the top surrounding tear-off line, a plurality of bottom through openings arranged along the bottom surrounding tear-off line, a plurality of left through openings arranged along the left surrounding tear-off line, and a plurality of right through openings arranged along the right surrounding tear-off line.

5. The face mask structure according to claim 4, wherein after the top removable portion is removed, a top unoccupied space is formed between the top side section and the two elastic ear strap portions; wherein after the bottom removable portion is removed, a bottom unoccupied space is formed between the bottom side section and the two elastic ear strap portions; wherein after the left removable portion is removed, a left unoccupied space is formed between the left side section and one of the two elastic ear strap portions; wherein after the right removable portion is removed, a right unoccupied space is formed between the right side section and another one of the two elastic ear strap portions; wherein after the top removable portion is removed, a plurality of top half through openings is formed on the top side section and the two elastic ear strap portions for surrounding the top unoccupied space; wherein after the bottom removable portion is removed, a plurality of bottom half through openings is formed on the bottom side section and the two elastic ear strap portions for surrounding the bottom unoccupied space; wherein after the left removable portion is removed, a plurality of left half through openings is formed on the left side section and one of the two elastic ear strap portions for surrounding the left unoccupied space; wherein after the right removable portion is removed, a plurality of right half through openings is formed on the right side section and another one of the two elastic ear strap portions for surrounding the right unoccupied space.

6. A face mask structure, comprising:

a main structure layer having a plurality of creases formed thereon; and
an elastic structure layer disposed on a surface layer of the main structure layer so as to fully cover the surface layer of the main structure layer;
wherein the elastic structure layer includes an elastic ear strap layer partially separatably disposed on the surface layer of the main structure layer, the elastic ear strap layer includes two elastic ear strap portions separatably connected with each other through a tear-off line, and each of the two elastic ear strap portions has two opposite ends separated from each other.

7. A method of manufacturing a face mask structure, comprising:

providing a plurality of main structure layers, wherein each of the main structure layers has a plurality of creases formed thereon; and
respectively fixing a plurality of elastic structure layers on the main structure layers, wherein each of the elastic structure layers is disposed on a surface layer of the corresponding main structure layer so as to fully cover the surface layer of the corresponding main structure layer;
wherein each of the elastic structure layers includes an elastic ear strap layer partially separatably disposed on the surface layer of the corresponding main structure layer, the elastic ear strap layer includes two elastic ear strap portions separatably connected with each other through a tear-off line, and each of the two elastic ear strap portions has two opposite ends separated from each other.

8. The method according to claim 7, wherein the main structure layers are formed by cutting a main structure layer tape, and the elastic structure layers are formed by cutting an elastic structure layer tape; wherein after the main structure layer tape is cut into the main structure layers and the elastic structure layer tape is cut into the elastic structure layers, the elastic structure layers are respectively fixed on the main structure layers by welding.

9. The method according to claim 7, wherein the main structure layers are sequentially connected to one another to form a main structure layer tape, and the elastic structure layers are sequentially connected to one another to form an elastic structure layer tape; wherein when the main structure layer tape is fixed on the elastic structure layer tape by welding, the elastic structure layers are respectively fixed on the main structure layers by welding to form a plurality of mask units that are sequentially connected to one another; wherein after the main structure layer tape is fixed on the elastic structure layer tape by welding, the main structure layer tape and the elastic structure layer tape are cut so as to separate the mask units from each other.

10. The method according to claim 7, wherein the elastic ear strap layer includes a surrounding fixed portion fixed on the surface layer of the corresponding main structure layer, each of the two elastic ear strap portions includes two connecting sections tightly connected to the surrounding fixed portion of the elastic ear strap layer, two extending sections respectively extended from the two connecting sections, and a bending section connected between the two extending sections, and the two bending sections of the two elastic ear strap portions are separatably connected with each other; wherein a middle tear-off line is formed between the two bending sections of the two elastic ear strap portions, and the elastic structure layer has a plurality of middle through openings arranged along the middle tear-off line; wherein the elastic structure layer includes a removable layer integrally connected with the elastic ear strap layer, and the removable layer is separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer; wherein the surrounding fixed portion of the elastic ear strap layer includes a top side section, a bottom side section corresponding to the top side section, a left side section connected between a side of the top side section and a side of the bottom side section, and a right side section connected between another side of the top side section and another side of the bottom side section; wherein one of the two connecting sections of one of the two elastic ear strap portions is tightly connected to the top side section or the left side section, another one of the two connecting sections of the one of the two elastic ear strap portions is tightly connected to the bottom side section or the left side section, one of the two connecting sections of another one of the two elastic ear strap portions is tightly connected to the top side section or the right side section, and another one of the two connecting sections of the another one of the two elastic ear strap portions is tightly connected to the bottom side section or the right side section; wherein the removable layer includes a top removable portion separatably connected between the top side section and the two elastic ear strap portions, a bottom removable portion separatably connected between the bottom side section and the two elastic ear strap portions, a left removable portion separatably connected between the left side section and one of the two elastic ear strap portions, and a right removable portion separatably connected between the right side section and another one of the two elastic ear strap portions; wherein a top surrounding tear-off line is formed between the top removable portion and the elastic ear strap layer, and the top removable portion is separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer through the top surrounding tear-off line; wherein a bottom surrounding tear-off line is formed between the bottom removable portion and the elastic ear strap layer, and the bottom removable portion is separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer through the bottom surrounding tear-off line; wherein a left surrounding tear-off line is formed between the left removable portion and the elastic ear strap layer, and the left removable portion is separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer through the left surrounding tear-off line; wherein a right surrounding tear-off line is formed between the right removable portion and the elastic ear strap layer, and the right removable portion is separatably connected with the elastic ear strap layer through the right surrounding tear-off line;

wherein the elastic structure layer has a plurality of top through openings arranged along the top surrounding tear-off line, a plurality of bottom through openings arranged along the bottom surrounding tear-off line, a plurality of left through openings arranged along the left surrounding tear-off line, and a plurality of right through openings arranged along the right surrounding tear-off line.
