Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first embodiment of an electronic device having a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface applied to the display screen or portion thereof and showing the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view thereof, the opposite side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top view thereof, the bottom view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a front view of a second embodiment of an electronic device having a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface applied to the display screen or portion thereof.

The evenly spaced broken lines in the drawings show the electronic device and portions of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface, and form no part of the claimed design. The dot-dash broken lines in the drawings show a display screen or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface, as shown and described.
