FIG. 4 is a first image of a display screen or portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface for card communication, shown in an alternate broken lines environment;

FIG. 5 is a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a third image thereof.

The appearance of the animated images sequentially transitions between the images shown in the drawings.

The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost broken lines depicting an electronic device form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate a display screen and portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.
