Description

FIG. 1 is a view of a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface;

FIG. 2 is a second view of the display screen or a portion thereof with the animated graphical user interface; and,

FIG. 3 is a third view of the display screen or a portion thereof with the animated graphical user interface.

The broken lines showing a display screen or a portion thereof in all views are for the purpose of illustrating environment and form no part of the claimed design. The outermost broken lines showing a display screen or a portion thereof are for the purpose of illustrating the article of manufacture and form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines are for the purpose of illustrating portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the animated images sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or a portion thereof with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
