Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface according to a first embodiment of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface according to a second embodiment of the claimed design; and,

FIG. 3 is a front view of a display screen or portion thereof with a graphical user interface according to a third embodiment of the claimed design.

The outermost broken lines in the Figures illustrate a display screen or portion thereof and form no part of the claimed design. The other broken lines in the Figures illustrate portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The gray filled areas in certain Figures represent a contrast in appearance between the gray filled areas and the non-gray filled areas of the claimed designs. The same density or darkness gray filled areas represent a similar appearance in those areas. Different density or darkness gray filled areas relative to other gray filled areas represent a contrast in appearance between those areas.

The ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface as shown and described.
