Description

FIG. 1 is a front view of a first image of a first embodiment in a first sequence of the display panel or portion thereof of a programmed computer system with an animated graphical user interface.

FIG. 2 is a front view of a second image of the first embodiment in the first sequence of the display panel or portion thereof of a programmed computer system with an animated graphical user interface.

FIG. 3 is a front view of a first image of a second embodiment in a second sequence of the display panel or portion thereof of a programmed computer system with an animated graphical user interface.

FIG. 4 is a front view of a second image of the second embodiment in the second sequence of the display panel or portion thereof of a programmed computer system with an animated graphical user interface.

FIG. 5 is a front view of a first image of a third embodiment in a third sequence of the display panel or portion thereof of a programmed computer system with an animated graphical user interface; and,

FIG. 6 is a front view of a second image of the third embodiment in the third sequence of the display panel or portion thereof of a programmed computer system with an animated graphical user interface.

The appearance of the transitional image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 in the first embodiment in the first sequence of the display panel or portion thereof, FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 in the second embodiment in the second sequence of the display panel or portion thereof, and FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 in the third embodiment in the third sequence of the display panel or portion thereof. The subject matter of this patent includes process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design.

The outermost broken line rectangle illustrates a display panel or portion thereof of a programmed computer system and forms no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines illustrate portions of the graphical user interface that form no part of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a display panel or portion thereof of a programmed computer system with an animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
