Description

FIG. 1 is a first image of a display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface in accordance with the present invention; and,

FIG. 2 is a second image thereof.

The outer broken lines showing a display screen or portion thereof form no part of the claimed design. The remaining broken lines are directed to portions of the graphical user interface forming no part of the claimed design.

The appearance of the display screen or portion thereof with graphical user interface sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 2 in a sequence. The process or period in which one image transitions to another forms no part of the claimed design.
