Description

The FIGURE is a front view of an image of a fourth example embodiment of a graphical user interface for a display screen or a portion thereof.

The inner round-cornered vertically-oriented broken line rectangle illustrates the perimeter of a display screen. The broken lines outside this perimeter illustrate portions of an electronic device. The broken lines inside the perimeter illustrate features of a graphical user interface. The broken lines form no part of the claimed design.

Claims

The ornamental design for a display screen or a portion thereof with a graphical user interface, as shown and described.
