FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a hanging panel for a dispensing package showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is another front elevational view thereof showing the hanging portion in an up-turned position; and

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof showing the hanging portion in its package supporting position, the left side being a mirror image of the right side shown.

The broken line representation of a blister package in FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 and the fragmentary broken line representation of a toilet tank in FIG. 3 is for purposes of illustration only.
