FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The conventional cord is partially shown in FIGS. 1 and 4 and omitted in FIGS. 2 and 3 for ease of illustration.
