FIG. 1 is a right side elevation view of a fan base showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof with the axis of the fan at a 45.degree. angle;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation view thereof with the axis of the fan approximately vertical;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevation view of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear elevation view of FIG. 2.

The left side elevation view of the fan is a mirror image of the right side.

The broken line showing of a fan in FIGS. 1-8 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
