FIG. 1 is a top, front and side perspective view of a tool carrier for a hand held vacuum cleaner showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, taken from the side illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof, taken from the side opposite that illustrated in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The ornamental design for a tool carrier for a hand held vacuum cleaner, as shown and described.
