Description
FIG. 1 is a front-left-top perspective view of a writing pen with a base, showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a side view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 5 is an exploded perspective view of the writing pen and base therefore, according to the invention, the pen being separated from the base.

The ornamental design for a writing pen with a base, as shown and described.
