FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is another side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an end view thereof;

FIG. 7 is another end view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken and dashed lines illustrate portions of the design that form no part of the claim.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a hand-held blood glucose meter including ports, buttons and a display screen, as shown and described.
