Description

FIG. 1 shows a first image in a sequence for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface showing our new design;

FIG. 2 shows a second image thereof; and,

FIG. 3 shows a third image thereof.

The appearance of the animated image sequentially transitions between the images shown in FIGS. 1-3. The process or period in which one image transitions to another image forms no part of the claimed design. The broken line showing of display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface is environmental purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

Claims

We claim the ornamental design for a display screen or portion thereof with animated graphical user interface, as shown and described.
