Abstract: A loose-fitting bathing suit includes legs that resist riding up on a wearer and yet is comfortable to wear. The bathing suit eliminates the wide, trapezoidally-shaped stays worn on the front of the bathing suit to offer a more natural feel of the bathing suit, and its attendant comfort, while still resisting the problem of riding up. The suit preferably includes a long thin pocket on either side of the suit, and each such pocket retains a long, thin flexibly rigid stay to comfortably hold the bottom of the suit legs down along the thighs of the wearer. Alternatively, the suit may omit the stay in the side pockets, and instead include either of hem stays or inseam stays, or include all of such stays.

Abstract: A protective towel wrap for adults bathing infants and/or children of preschool age. There are three components of the present invention, a rectangular towel portion, a removable strap, and a separate optional hat. The caregiver can use the removable strap to attach the rectangular towel portion to their body and protect them from water while bathing the infant. The rectangular towel portion can then be used to dry the infant, and the separate optional hat can be applied to the child's head for drying, and to keep body heat in the child.

Abstract: La Capa is not a regular cape. It is not a cape that a magician would use. It is specifically a cape used by woman to breast-feed. The function of this garment is to hide a woman's breasts while breast-feeding. It is used as a cover-up specifically for nursing a baby. This invention covers the front of a woman's chest but has an opening, which is a slit, which runs up and down directly in front of a woman's cleavage. The tie- front keeps the cape closed just enough to hide the baby's head, which is latched onto the nipple. But the slit in the front of the fabric allows mobility of the infant and also lets air flow under garment easily. Also it is easy to maneuver the baby from one breast to the other. The true function of this cape is it is a fabric used for a woman's privacy during woman nursing or pumping their breast milk so they can do this in any public place without exposing their breasts.

Abstract: A new and improved shirt is disclosed. The shirt of the present invention includes an adjustable neck which can increase or decrease in size as required by the wearer. The top fastener of the shirt is located at the top of the fastening panel, rather than on a neckband, allowing the edges of the shirt at the neck to slide apart when an increase in neck circumference is desired while the fastener remains closed. Additionally, the collar line of the present shirt is cut at an angle with the overlap and underlap aligned with the ends of a neckband (though the presence of a neckband is optional) and collar to present a neater, smoother look to the collar line of the shirt. In one embodiment, the shirt includes a placket front. The shirt can be worn either as a dress shirt or, in one embodiment, is a sport shirt when worn without a tie.

Abstract: An article of headwear having an integrated hairband and method for their construction is provided for cooperating with the headband for maintaining the headwear in a substantially fixed position on the wearer's head irrespective of the exercise or amount of activity of the wearer. In applications where the fixed position of the novel headwear dominates such as ski hats and exercise wear a substantially coplanar relationship is maintained to use the hair to anchor the headwear on the head. In applications where fashion vegarieties dictate an angular relationship can be provided between the headband and headwear in novel knitted articles of the invention. The invention integrates the hairband into the novel articles of headwear utilizing a plurality of loops to incorporate the hairband into the novel articles of headwear.

The hockey helmet comprises a front portion facing the crown region and the left and right temple regions of the head and a rear portion facing the left and right side regions and the occipital region of the head. The hockey helmet also comprises an inflatable bladder mounted on the rear portion and adjacent to the occipital region of the head. Abstract: An improved structure for a bathtub hand rest comprises a pair of clamps, a hand rest and fasteners. Each of the clamps has two plates with their horizontal sections overlapped to each other and a positioning bolt laterally penetrating vertical sections extending from the two overlapped sections. The fastener is locked to the inner wall of each end of the hand rest with inner threads. The periphery of the fastener is provided with outer threads and a fastening hole in the center of the fastener. The clamps are held against the bathtub, and the fasteners are screwed to both ends of the hand rest. Positioning bolts penetrate through the clamps and locked to the fastening holes in the fasteners for the hand rest to be secured to the clamps.

Abstract: A waste disposer assist tool for automatically feeding waste food contained within the housing of a standard kitchen electric food disposer and for spraying liquid soap. The tool includes a hollow handle and a piston which screw together through a central hole of a flexible plunger. The plunger is held between respective flanges of the handle and the piston with the piston slightly protruding from within the plunger. The tool is positioned over the opening of the sink above the garbage disposer with the piston fitted within and in a substantially air-tight seal with the interior of the housing of the disposer unit. The plunger fits in a substantially air-tight seal against the bottom interior of the sink. The slight vacuum created by the outflow of ground food waste and water by the garbage disposer blades below the piston causes the higher ambient pressure against the upper side of the plunger to force the piston downward against he waste food in an automatic feed fashion.

The inlet access is a quadrilateral opening having four side edges extended along a first side, a second side, a third side and a fourth side of the bag body respectively. The first cover sheet includes a central cover piece having a first edge side, a second edge side, a third edge side and a fourth edge side, wherein the first and the third edge sides of the central cover piece are integrally connected to the first and the third side edges of the inlet access respectively, thus effectively forming an two elongated inlet opening on the first cover sheet of the bag body.

Abstract: A towel to tote bag convertible article is disclosed that comprises a towel, preferably a sports towel, having a first end region, a second end region and an intermediate region between the first and second end regions. A pocket provided at and across the first end region, has an opening facing the second end region and is sized to receive and contain the second end region and the intermediate region, the pocket being configured for being turned inside out to form a tote bag containing the second end region and the intermediate region. A zipper is provided for enabling the closing of the pocket opening before and after the pocket is turned inside out. A decorative or waterproof lining may be attached to the pocket to form the outside of the tote bag when the pocket is turned inside out. A tote bag carrying strap is installed inside the pocket. A method of making the convertible article is also disclosed.

The apparatus further includes a fluid pump distributor with an attached fluid reservoir and a plurality of flexible transfer tubes that connect the open end of each crosswise channel to the fluid pump distributor. The pump distributor delivers fluid from the fluid reservoir to the flexible transfer tubes to fill the crosswise channels with fluid. The pump distributor temporally varies the pressure of the fluid in the crosswise channels, thus relieving pressure points on the patient and preventing bedsores.
