Abstract: A wrenchless clamp assembly is provided to secure a tool disc, such as a circular saw blade, to a shaft of a power tool. The blade clamp assembly includes an outer flange positionable against an outer side of the blade and a manually tightenable click bolt that includes a movable click member operable to selectively engage the outer flange for rotationally locking or unlocking the bolt. In an embodiment, the click member moves alternatingly between axially engaged and disengaged positions according to sequential rotational increments of the click member relative to the bolt body. Accordingly, the click bolt can be installed by hand and rotationally locked without a need for high torque, and the click bolt can be easily removed by hand when the click member is moved to the disengaged position, axially free from the outer flange. In an embodiment, the click bolt permits limited torque applied during installation.

Abstract: A hand-held power tool includes a cutting blade within a housing 5 and a guard 10 placed over the operating head of the tool. The guard is movable in the direction 1 in order to expose the blade during cutting. The sliding mechanism is improved by maintaining alignment between the guard and the head over a larger distance. In one embodiment, this is achieved by sliders (FIG. 8) in grooves 9. Contact over a larger range reduces the likelihood of jamming and improves handle precision. Alternative embodiments provide structure for indicating the blade position (FIG. 11), and a frangible retaining washer for disengaging the cutting blade (FIGS. 13 to 15).

Abstract: Flux management systems and methods are provided for filtering vaporized flux from the gas of a reflow soldering oven. A flux management system includes a cooling chamber having a cooling medium through which the gas passes. The vaporized flux condenses on the surfaces of the cooling chamber and drips into a collection pan, thereby preventing it from dripping onto circuit boards passing through the oven. The flux management system may further include a self-cleaning feature that includes a compressed gas, which is allowed to enter the cooling chamber through a solenoid valve. The compressed gas may then be directed through a heater, which increases the temperature of the cooling chamber, thereby causing a decrease in viscosity of the flux, which allows it to flow freely into a drain tube. The flux may then be transported by gravity into a collection container.

This invention is largely related to Floating Hook Lure already applied for registration but different from it in functions to insist on, but has generality to be applied extensively for general floating fishing tackles except for Floating Hook Lure.

Abstract: Disclosed are fuel compositions for internal combustion engines comprising as a predominant component organic distillates which exhibit suitable physical properties, and a low-sulfur fraction of an alkylated petroleum feedstock which, for example, consisted of material boiling between about 60° C. and about 345° C. More particularly, compositions of the invention comprise low-boiling, low-sulfur, blending components, advantageously obtained by a process for converting sulfur-containing organic compounds which are unwanted impurities, to higher boiling products by alkylation and removing the higher boiling products by fractional distillation. Products can be used directly as transportation fuels and/or blending components to provide fuels which are more friendly to the environment.

Abstract: A weed killing apparatus comprises an application head at one end of the apparatus and a handle at another end of the apparatus by which a user standing on the ground may move the application head over a weed or weeds in the ground. The application head is heated and has at least one steam outlet in or adjacent the application head. Steam producing means is arranged to produce steam and is controllable by the user to direct steam from the steam outlets when the application head is placed over a weed or weeds, so that the weed(s) is/are killed by a combination of heat from the application head and steam. A method of killing or controlling weeds comprises applying the heated application head over the weed(s) to heat the weed(s) through direct physical contact or radiant heating from the application head while simultaneously directing stem from the application head on to the weed(s).

Abstract: A plant saucer having a plurality of internal risers extending upward from the base of the saucer. The internal risers may be of any convenient height and shape to allow excess water to drain from one or more pots placed thereon. The risers may have a round footprint with sloped sides to provide easy mold release. The shape of the risers shown is flat with a textured top surface to promote traction between the pot and the riser. The riser may also have ribs extending up the sides of the riser to allow the riser to support more weight. The saucer has a plurality of feet extending downward from the base of the saucer. The feet are designed to hold the base of the saucer up from the floor on which the saucer rests. The material for the saucer may include an additive, such as Bacillus Thuringiensis (BT) to inhibit the maturation of mosquito larvae.
