Publication number: 20050241042Abstract: A protective bib-garment system is described wherein a bib is detachable from the garment it protects, but can not rotate around the wearer's neckline. It thereby provides better protection and safety for the user. The bibs are easily attached or removed for separate cleaning when soiled. The danger of the user choking by having the bib rotate and tighten around the neck is generally removed. Better protection of the underlying garment is also achieved by keeping the bib anchored in front of the user. The system includes bib-ready garments in a wide range of styles, substantially any garment that could be worn by a bib user and is modified to accept the bib portion. These garments can be worn without the bibs and undergarments are protected from outside view or contact by the overlapping garment-bib interface attached to the inside surface of the garment.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 23, 2004Publication date: November 3, 2005Inventors: Kevin Frieswick, Melissa Frieswick

Publication number: 20050241044Abstract: Garments that utilize complex panel shapes to minimize the to number of panels used, the number of seams, and total seam length. Increasing the complexity of panel shapes tends to make the cutting of panels more difficult and often results in more wastage of material, but the reduction of the number of panels and reduction in the number of seams and total seam length will actually simplify garment production and result in improved garments. Simplifying garment production will in turn generally result in an increase in the rate of production. Reducing seam length and the number of seams also reduces the chances of seams wearing out or splitting.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 5, 2002Publication date: November 3, 2005Inventor: Alistair Zorica

A brim projects forwardly from the hood at the upper end of the opening to protect the face of the wearer of the garment. A pocket is formed in the interior of the brim. The bill of a conventional athletic cap is inserted into the pocket when the cap is worn. Manual adjustment devices, at the rear of the hood, allow the wearer to draw the hood tightly about the head of the wearer. Resilient inserts may be secured between the hood and the neck of the garment. The hood and cap move in unison, without slipping and impairing one's field of vision when the wearer rotates or pivots his head.Type: ApplicationFiled: June 9, 2005Publication date: November 3, 2005Inventor: Gary Tolton

Publication number: 20050241054Abstract: FlowSentry is an apparatus designed to save water in a conventional operating toilet. When the level of water in a toilet tank drops ? of an inch (absent a normal flush) FlowSentry alerts the user of the toilet, by way of an audible alarm, that the toilet is leaking water. FlowSentry only determines that the level of water in the tank has dropped or risen (in an overflow situation), it cannot diagnose the cause of the drop or rise in water level (i.e. leaking flapper, faulty overflow tube, etc.). During the normal flush process the Flow Sentry monitors the time it takes the tank to refill with water and determines if the supply valve has closed properly. If the water level fails to return to normal level in one minute or tank continues to fill exceeding normal level, a continuos audible alarm will sound until corrective action is taken or the 9V battery is exhausted.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 28, 2004Publication date: November 3, 2005Inventors: Edward McKenna, Christopher McKenna

Publication number: 20050241085Abstract: A power-brush apparatus has a housing, a brush rotatable on the housing about a brush axis and having bristles extending generally radially of the axis, and a drive that rotates the brush in a working direction about the axis and thereby orbits tips of the bristles about the axis. Thus when in use the brush is rotated in this working direction. A support immediately adjacent the housing carries a rigid grinding wheel having an abrasive outer surface. This wheel is biased radially against the bristle tips to sharpen and clean them while a drive relatively displaces the bristle tips and the grinding-wheel surface while the wheel is urged against the bristle tips such that the grinding wheel surface primarily engages rear sides of the bristle tips turned away from the working direction.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 27, 2005Publication date: November 3, 2005Inventor: Werner Montabaur
