Abstract: The present invention relates to an antenna, in which the metallic patches and the feed network are spaced apart from the ground plate. The metallic patches as well as the feed network and the ground plate board define a space therebetween, thus the antenna has better pattern and grain effects. Furthermore, the most important technique feature consists in that the metallic patches and the feed network are integrally formed by bending a single piece of metal plate, thus the present invention generates such effects therefore improving the design flexibility of the antenna and also simplifying the production process.

Abstract: An electronic device, such as a mobile radiotelephone, includes a dual antenna structure with a selectively actuatable phase shifter disposed therebetween. When the selectively actuatable phase shifter is selected, signals received by the first and second antennas are substantially out of phase. When the selectively actuatable phase shifter is not selected, signals received by the first and second antennas are substantially in phase. The dual antennas are coupled to a first electrical circuit disposed in a first section of the device. A second electrical circuit is disposed within a second section of the device. An impedance element, for example an inductor, couples the first and second electrical circuits and is disposed in a substantially symmetric location between the first and second electrical circuits. Abstract: A display having voltage-driven organic light-emitting pixel circuits. Each pixel circuit includes an organic light-emitting diode, a data writing circuit, a capacitor, three transistors, and a switch. The pixel circuit can compensate the threshold voltage variations of low temperature poly silicon thin film transistors. This increases the stability of the voltage-driven organic light-emitting pixel circuits, improves the uniformity of the luminance of the display, and provides a larger aperture ratio for the pixels.
