Abstract: An imprinting method carries out imprinting on a workpiece by clamping UV-curable resin between a nano-imprinting mold and a workpiece and curing the UV-curable resin using UV light. In this method, the workpiece is supported on a setting table provided with through-holes that are disposed in a planar region of the setting table on which the workpiece is set and are connected to a gas pumping/evacuating mechanism. The UV-curable resin is supplied onto the workpiece and the setting table is raised to and stopped at a filling operation position where the mold surface of the nano-imprinting mold and the surface of the workpiece are apart. After this, gas is pumped toward the lower surface of the workpiece from the through-holes and the workpiece is pressed onto the nano-imprinting mold from a center of the workpiece toward a periphery of the workpiece while gradually filling the UV-curable resin between the nano-imprinting mold and the workpiece.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for forming a patterned material layer on a structure, by condensing a vapor to a solid condensate layer on a surface of the structure and then localized removal of selected regions of the condensate layer by directing a beam of energy at the selected regions. The structure can then be processed, with at least a portion of the patterned solid condensate layer on the structure surface, and then the solid condensate layer removed. Further there can be stimulated localized reaction between the solid condensate layer and the structure by directing a beam of energy at at least one selected region of the condensate layer.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of plasma etching with pattern mask. There are two different devices in the two section of a wafer, comprising silicon and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs). The Silicon section is for general semiconductor. And the GaAs section is for RF device. The material of pad in the silicon is usually metal, and metal oxide is usually formed on the pads. The metal oxide is unwanted for further process; therefore it should be removed by plasma etching process. A film is attached to the surface of the substrate exposing the area need for etching. Then a mask is attached and aligned onto the film therefore exposing the area need for etching. Then plasma dry etching is applied on the substrate for removing the metal oxide.

Abstract: A hand operated fluid dispensers comprised of a sealed flexible reservoir chamber containing a fluid, a flexible pump chamber encased by and drawing fluid from the reservoir, and a pump cycled by external pressure applied through a reservoir wall. This class of simple, inexpensive, disposable dispensers is particularly useful in packaging cosmetics, foodstuffs, and healthcare products. As pocketable dispensers they are popular for dispensing small amounts of stored viscous liquids easily damaged when exposure to the atmosphere, a condition where sealed reservoirs coupled with airless pumps working together successfully prevent such product contamination and deterioration. A method of improved healthcare employing such pump dispensers containing a hand sanitizing fluid is also discussed.

Abstract: A package for dispensing a liquid product that includes an outer shell having a flexible resilient sidewall, a base wall and a finish surrounding an outlet opening. An inner bag-shaped liner is disposed within the outer shell, and is unattached to the sidewall and the base wall of the outer shell so as to be collapsible with respect to the outer shell as product is dispensed from the liner. A dispensing structure is secured to the finish. An opening in the base wall of the outer shell vents the volume between the shell and the liner to atmosphere. The opening is orifice-sized to prevent rapid egress of air as the container sidewall is squeezed, so that pressure from squeezing the sidewall forces product within the liner out of the outlet opening and the dispensing structure.

Abstract: The invention relates to a dispenser (1) for viscous media (3), having a dispenser reservoir (2), an expelling mechanism and a dispenser delivery tube (5). The dispenser reservoir (2) has a nozzle (4) and the expelling mechanism exerts a pressure on the viscous medium (3) in the dispenser reservoir (2).
