Patent number: 7396593Abstract: Tissue products are described that have been topically treated with a chemical additive, such as a softener. The softener may be, for instance, a polysiloxane. The polysiloxane is topically applied to a tissue sheet, such as a single ply sheet, so as to form a Z-directional gradient in the sheet. Particular, most of the polysiloxane remains on the surface of the tissue product as opposed to migrating to the center of the sheet. A system for applying chemical additives to tissue sheets is also described. The system includes a chemical additive applicator, such as a meltblown die that emits the chemical additive through a plurality of orifices. In one embodiment, the system includes a device for periodically cleaning the orifices during application of the chemical additive.Type: GrantFiled: May 19, 2003Date of Patent: July 8, 2008Assignee: Kimberly-Clark Worldwide, Inc.Inventors: Kou-Chang Liu, Tom G. Patent number: 7396633Abstract: With the damascene process in which an interconnection is formed using a conventional chemically amplified positive photoresist composition, there arises a problem that the photoresist within the via hole (as well as in its vicinity) may remain even after the exposure and the development are carried out. The present invention relates to a chemically amplified resist composition comprising, at least, a photo acid generator, a quencher and a salt having a buffering function for an acid which is generated from the acid generator by irradiation, wherein the salt having the buffering function for the acid generated from the acid generator is a salt derived from a long chain alkylbenzenesulfonic acid or a long chain alkoxybenzenesulfonic acid and an organic amine that is a basic compound.Type: GrantFiled: June 23, 2004Date of Patent: July 8, 2008Assignees: NEC Electronics Corporation, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.Inventors: Seiji Nagahara, Satoshi Watanabe, Kazunori Maeda

Patent number: 7396635Abstract: A producing method of a wired circuit board that can prevent meandering of the elongate base material conveyed with the rolls and also prevent entry of air bubbles in between a light-transparency protecting film and a photosensitive solder resist layer when the light-transparency protecting film is laminated on the photosensitive solder resist layer. After a conductive pattern 3 is formed on the front side of the elongate base material 1 by the additive process, a narrow stiffener sheet 7 smaller in width than the elongate base material 1 is provided on the back side of the elongate base material 1. Then, after the photosensitive solder resist layer 10 is formed on the front side of the elongate base material 1 to cover the conductive pattern 3, the light-transparency protecting film 11 is laminated on the front side of the photosensitive solder resist layer 10. Thereafter, the photosensitive solder resist layer 10 is exposed to light through the light-transparency protecting film 11.Type: GrantFiled: September 28, 2005Date of Patent: July 8, 2008Assignee: Nitto Denko CorporationInventor: Toshiki Naito

Patent number: 7396636Abstract: A method for creating segmented resist islands for photolithography on single sliders is disclosed. The method includes ramping the temperature of a number of single sliders, to a temperature that is below a proper softbake temperature. The single sliders reside in a divider and the single sliders and walls of the divider have a layer of resist deposited on them. Coarse lithography is then performed to remove the resist from above portions of the walls of the divider; and the temperature of the single sliders, the resist and the divider is then ramped to a proper softbake temperature.Type: GrantFiled: August 27, 2004Date of Patent: July 8, 2008Assignee: Hitachi Global Storage Technologies Netherlands, B.V.Inventors: Cherngye Hwang, Kim Y.
