Publication number: 20080171142Abstract: There is provided a film deposition method of depositing a multielement metal oxide film capable of depositing a multielement metal oxide film having a desired composition and a desired thickness in an improved repeatability. A film deposition method deposits a multielement metal oxide film on a surface of a workpiece by a film depositing process including supplying organometallic source gases generated by atomizing a plurality of organometallic compounds into a processing vessel capable of being evacuated. A dummy film deposition process corresponding to at least three cycles of the film deposition process is carried out by placing a dummy workpiece in the processing vessel and supplying the organometallic source gases into the processing vessel immediately before starting the film deposition process for depositing a multielement metal oxide film on the workpiece. In a first embodiment, the molded interconnect device is molded from photosensitive plastic molded in a one-shot molding process. A trace is grown on the portion of the interconnect pattern where an interconnect path has been written, either by a laser or by photolithography. In a second embodiment, the molded interconnect device is molded of plastic and the trace is grown by at least one of a mask and print-and-plate process and a mask and print-and-etch process. The trace forms at least one of an angle and a curve in cross section.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 11, 2007Publication date: July 17, 2008Applicant: MOLEX INCORPORATEDInventor: Victor Zaderej

Publication number: 20080171186Abstract: The invention provides a low density paperboard material and associated method for use in producing an insulated container, and is especially well-suited for making cups. The paperboard material comprises a paperboard web including wood fibers and expanded microspheres, and has a relatively low density ranging from about 6 to about 10 lb/3MSF/mil, a relatively high caliper ranging from about 24 to about 35 mil, and an internal bond strength of at least about 80×10?3 ft-lbf., preferably at least 100×10?3 lft-lbf. For applications such as cups the material is also coated on one or both sides with a barrier coating, preferably low density polyethylene, to limit liquid penetration into the web. The low density paperboard material of the invention is convertible for manufacture of containers, particularly cups, and exhibits insulative properties comparable to higher cost materials conventionally used to make cups.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 27, 2007Publication date: July 17, 2008Inventors: Kosaraju Krishna Mohan, Alexander A.
