  • Patent number: 7410654
Abstract: Pollen is washed and cleaned, crushed and sterilized. Pollen particles are filtered through a filter device and the particles of less than 50 ?m of diameter are taken out. Then the pollen particles are thrown into electrolysis reducing water including active hydrogen and having reduction ability, and particles are blended in the electrolysis reducing water obtaining a flowing water after an adjustment of the mixture liquid. The flowing water is forcibly sent to a super-fine-particle making apparatus in order to make the active oxygen disappear by means of active hydrogen in the electrolysis reducing water, which active oxygen is generated during the super-fine-particle making process. Accordingly, the whole pollen, including shells of pollen, super-fined without deterioration of the pollen ingredient and the pollen ingredient can be extracted from the super-fined pollen particles.

  • Patent number: 7410668
Abstract: Integrated circuits, the key components in thousands of electronic and computer products, are generally built layer by layer on a silicon substrate. One common technique for forming layers is called chemical-vapor deposition (CVD.) Conventional CVD systems not only form layers that have non-uniform thickness, but also have large chambers that make the CVD process wasteful and slow. Accordingly, the inventor devised new CVD systems, methods, and apparatuses. One exemplary CVD system includes an outer chamber, a substrate holder, and a unique gas-distribution fixture. The fixture includes a gas-distribution surface having holes for dispensing a gas and a gas-confinement member that engages or cooperates with the substrate holder to form an inner chamber within the outer chamber. The inner chamber has a smaller volume than the outer chamber, which not only facilitates depositions of more uniform thickness, but also saves gas and speeds up the deposition process.

  • Patent number: 7410669
Abstract: In a process according to the invention and an apparatus according to the invention for the coating or modification of a surface a flow of a first gaseous phase or of a first aerosol comprising one or more precursor compounds is guided along a heated filament so that the precursor compounds are converted into reactive compounds. Alternatively, non-activated particles are guided along a heated filament so that these are activated and are then combined with a gaseous phase or an aerosol comprising a plurality of precursor compounds, so that the precursor compounds are thereby converted into reactive compounds. The reactive compounds formed according to at least one of the two aforementioned steps are guided onto a substrate that is exposed to atmospheric pressure, so that a layer is deposited on the substrate or its surface is modified.

  • Patent number: 7410670
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and device for depositing at least one layer on at least one substrate in a process chamber. Said layer comprises several components and is insulating, passivating or electrically conductive. The components are vaporized in a tempered vaporization chamber by means of non-continuous injection of a liquid starting material or a starting material dissolved in a liquid using a respective injector unit. Said vapor is guided to the process chamber by means of a carrier gas. It is important to individually adjust or vary the material flow parameters, such as injection frequency and the pulse/pause ratio and the phase relation of the pulse/pauses to the pulse/pauses of the other injector unit, determining the time response of the flow of material through each injector unit. The pressure in the process chamber is less than 100 mbars, the process chamber is tempered and several series of layers are deposited on the substrate during one process step.

  • Patent number: 7410671
Abstract: The present invention provides for sequential chemical vapor deposition by employing a reactor operated at low pressure, a pump to remove excess reactants, and a line to introduce gas into the reactor through a valve. A first reactant forms a monolayer on the part to be coated, while the second reactant passes through a radical generator which partially decomposes or activates the second reactant into a gaseous radical before it impinges on the monolayer. This second reactant does not necessarily form a monolayer but is available to react with the monolayer. A pump removes the excess second reactant and reaction products completing the process cycle. The process cycle can be repeated to grow the desired thickness of film.

  • Patent number: 7410698
Abstract: A conductive particle having a low connection resistance, a small variation of conduction performance, and excellent conduction reliability and an anisotropic conductive material using such particles are disclosed. Conventional anisotropic conductive materials using conductive particles are used in the form that they are interposed between opposed boards or between opposed electrode terminals of electronic devices such as mobile telephones. However, as electronic devices have been recently developing, enhancement of the conduction reliability of the conductive particles used for the anisotropic conductive materials have been required. The surface (2) of the base particle of a conductive particle (1) of the invention used for an anisotropic conductive material is covered with a conductive film or films (4, 5). The conductive particle (1) has projections (5b) projecting from the conductive film or films.
