Abstract: An article of protective clothing for use by a motorcyclist, or the like, wherein there is attached on the inside surface of the clothing, a knitted or woven material which is comprised of a material that is highly abrasion and/or tear and/or burst resistant and is secured to an inner-side of the clothing at one or more side seams of the garment. The abrasion resistant material is attached to an inner surface of the clothing by being sewn along at least one inside seam away from a waist portion of the clothing so as to limit the outward modification of an otherwise normal garment to a casual observer while still providing protection in the event the rider is caused to be sliding along the ground. By this means, the article of clothing is relatively indistinguishable from regular clothing.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a cape useful in the hairstyling arts. The cape includes a pouch that is configured to allow viewing of an object under the cape while preventing hair and other debris from entering the interior of the cape. The pouch is configured to open from a fastened position where it is flush with the outer surface of the cape to an expanded position wherein a transparent window integral with the pouch allows viewing of objects through the cape.

Abstract: A funereal garment for use in providing a full and healthy appearance to a corpse lacking tissue necessary for such appearance. The garment includes a main garment body with compartments positioned to receive shaped inserts, wherein the compartments and shaped inserts are provided in sufficient number and location to provide a supplementary mass and enhanced physiological conformation to a corpse dressed in such garment, simulative of a full and healthy appearance of the corpse in relation to the corpse without such garment. The inserts may be inflatable articles or forms of predetermined shape, adapted for placement and retention in the compartments of the garment, so that the funereal garment provides the corpse with an aesthetic appearance for viewing and funeral/internment ceremonies.

Abstract: A condom-incorporated garment and a method of interactive advertisement using the garment to promote a marketing, educational or social agenda, where the condom-incorporated garment has a piece of garment with pocket, a colored condom in a sealed package placed in the pocket. The color condom is shown through a window and overlays on top of a graphical or textual message. The graphical or textual message can be highlighted by the color condom. Alternatively, the graphical or textual message can be hidden from plain view by the color condom. The pocket and the color condom are part of the overall graphic design of the garment, allowing the wearer or a third party to remove the condom, thus transpiring a different message.

Abstract: Disclosed is a digital garment that can provide a high-speed communication path by using a digital band that is quickly and easily attachable to a conventional garment (clothes), and a fabricating method thereof. The digital garment includes: a garment formed of textile; a digital band provided along the outside or inside of the garment so as to provide a communication path; a sensor, attached to the garment, being electrically coupled to the digital band, converting a physical signal into an electrical signal; an operation device, attached to the garment, being electrically coupled to the digital band, receiving the electrical signal from the sensor and processing the signal; and a communication module, attached to the garment, being electrically coupled to the digital band so as to perform wireless communication.

The tubing safety vest comprises a vest component having a body-encompassing component cooperable with a plurality of releasably securable flaps, and an elongate tubing harness configured to releasably receive and retain therethrough at least one of medical treatment delivery tubing and communication cables. The tubing harness may be securely engaged with the vest component or alternatively, at least one hinge component can be interposed the vest component and the tubing harness. Abstract: The invention is an article of manufacture and a method of its use to communicate information and even unite people sharing a common agenda or a concern. Included in the article of manufacture is a hanger, at least one soft sculpture and a garment. The hanger contains an interior side and an exterior side, and at least one pocket disposed on the exterior. The hanger also may or may not contain a display area designed to communicate a message received form a Global Computer Network. The garment component of the invention contains a similar pocket as the hanger, so that the soft sculpture can be easily transferred between the two items. The invention is very versatile. It can be used as a teaching too, as a fashion statement, as a medium of communication, or as a method of expression. Finally, the invention can be used to facilitate the expression of international solidarity and common interests of people around the world though the use of the Global Computer Network.

Abstract: Elastic fibers are disclosed which have a relatively flat modulus curve at between 100% and 200% elongation. The fibers can be made into garments having a very comfortable feel. The preferred elastic fibers are made from thermoplastic polyurethane polymers and are made by a unique melt spinning process where the fiber is wound into bobbins at a speed just slightly higher than the melt velocity of the polymer exiting the spinneret.

Abstract: An automatically flushing toilet in which an extension arm is attached to a horizontal bar to which the toilet seat is attached. When the toilet seat is raised, one end of the extension arm moves downward, causing a rod on the end of the inner tube of a telescoping member located primarily inside the tank compartment of the toilet to move so that it is positioned atop a pivoting member located inside a cut-out on the same end of the extension arm. When the toilet seat is then closed, the one end of the extension arm moves upward, pushing the pivoting member against the rod and causing the rod to force the inner tube of the telescoping member upward. The inner tube is pivotally connected to a trip lever, which causes the toilet to flush.

Abstract: In one aspect of the subject invention, a spacer is provided for supporting a closet flange above a sub-flooring, the closet flange having a pipe section and an annular flange extending radially outwardly from the pipe section. The spacer includes a disc-shaped body having spaced apart first and second faces, and spaced apart inner and outer edges extending between the first and second faces. The inner edge defines an opening extending through the body, the opening sized to permit passage therethrough of the pipe section of the closet flange but not the annular flange of the closet flange. The outer edge is generally smooth and arcuate. Advantageously, with the subject invention, a spacer is provided usable with a closet flange to provide elevation thereof.

Fresh air could be substituted by the air from the trap (25) to create vacuum after the trap (25) to facilitate the clearing of the bowl.
