Abstract: The present invention is related to a manufacturing method of high purity and refined Ru (Ruthenium) powder produced by using a waste Ru target. Yield of the target and physical properties of a thin film are improved by producing tremendously refined in which oxygen content of the target is decreased, and a crystal particle size is reduced. In order to obtain these merits, powder having a hollow inside is produced by applying plasma to a waste Ru target. Carbon impurities are selectively removed through a atmospheric heat process and Ru powder is oxidized. Thereby, Ru oxide (RuOx) powder is produced. High purity and refined Ru powder is acquired through a hydrogen atmospheric heat process after pulverizing the produced Ru oxide (RuOx) powder into refined shape.

A motor hydraulic pressure reduction unit reduces the driving hydraulic pressure of the hydraulic motor when a predetermined condition is satisfied. The predetermined condition is a condition in which an operation of the boom operating member to raise the boom and an operation of the rotation operating member to rotate the revolving upper unit are conducted together and an operation amount of the boom operating member is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold.

Abstract: A cylinder head gasket includes two main members on two sides, and middle members sandwiched therebetween. The middle members are composed of a first middle member and a second middle member that is separated and distinct therefrom. The first middle member is a metal plate that has cylinder hole rim portions encircling cylinder holes to a particular width, with beads surrounding the cylinder holes being formed in the cylinder hole rim portions. The metal plate either forms separated items, one at each cylinder hole, or else forms an integrated item connected between the cylinder holes. The second middle member is a metal plate that is disposed on the outside of the first middle member and has oil holes and bolt holes. The thickness of the first middle member is greater than that of the second middle member.
