Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for a wine bottle packaging divider and display. The method and apparatus comprise of a divider with opposing side edges and opposing top and bottom edges. The divider has a partitioning line dividing the divider into a first section and a second section, wherein at least one of the first section and the second section is capable of displaying an advertisement. The divider also has at least one pair of elongated openings, wherein each of the at least one pair of elongated openings has an end in proximity to one of the opposing top and bottom edges, wherein said at least one pair of elongated openings is capable of being opened to the one edge and slidably coupled onto a vertical wall for displaying the advertisement. The divider is folded along the partitioning line to fit within a container for packaging the glass bottles.

A top and bottom opening permit the sliding of the foodstuff internal support structure through the hollow tubular member as it is grasped underneath by a user manipulating a support structure handle. A sealing ring is disposed about the periphery of the internal support structure so as to make contact with the internal surface of the tubular member thereby preventing leakage of the contents therefrom.

Abstract: A floating insulating beverage container is comprised of a double walled beverage container which is adequately buoyant and balanced to remain upright in a body of water. The adequate buoyancy and balanced is achieved by the buoyant forces available from the annular cavity created by the double wall container configuration and the balance by the non-buoyant or ballasted bottom of the container. The double wall annular space and ballasted weight are determined to maintain the drink container upright in a body of water, without sinking when filled with beverage, and not capsizing when empty. The double wall configuration also provides insulation for the beverage due to the void between the inner and outer walls.

Abstract: Anesthetics and other medical solutions are stored in a cartridge including a hollow body having a needle-penetrable septum at one end and a plunger at another end. A protective plug is inserted into the open plunger end of the cartridge and protects the cartridge from contamination per use. A buffer or other material may be injected into the cartridge, causing displacement of the protective plug, allowing the cartridge to then be used in a syringe or other delivery system. The anesthetic may contain at least one solute and have an initial tonicity and an initial pH. A volume of buffer may be injected through the septum into the anesthetic, where the initial solute concentration and initial pH of the anesthetic may be selected to provide a target pH and target tonicity after the buffer is introduced.

Abstract: This invention provides a heat insulating cup sleeve formed by folding a blank and including a first heat insulating sheet having a first holding portion, a first extending portion, and a first fold line and a second heat insulating sheet having a second holding portion, a second extending portion, and a second fold line. The second fold line is connected with the first holding portion, and the first fold line is connected with the second holding portion. The first holding portion and the second holding portion are capable of being folded downward along the second fold line and the first fold line, respectively, to form an opening. When a cup is inserted into the opening, the first holding portion and the second holding portion press against an outer surface of the cup.

Abstract: Flower vending machine and method of use of the same, with the object of preventing fogging of a display space comprised within said machine, said display space being accessible by means of at least one hatch covered by a transparent sheet to which is directed a flow of air to preventing fogging of the interior of the display space. In the method of use of said machine the cooling system is stopped, the flow of air is introduced and an air extractor external to the display space is activated. All this prevents the fogging of the display space, thereby guaranteeing excellent visibility of the flowers as well as their optimum preservation.

Abstract: A device for dispensing an individual plastic fastener from a supply of fastener stock includes a motor-driven head assembly adapted to receive the supply of fastener stock, sever an individual fastener from the supply and in turn eject the severed fastener. The head assembly includes a pair of needle block assemblies that retain corresponding hollow needles, each needle block assembly being shaped to define a feed channel that transitions a side rail for the fastener stock into axial alignment behind its corresponding needle. In addition, at least one needle block assembly includes a rearward shelf and a forward bowing plate. In use, the lowermost cross-links of the fastener stock fittingly align between the shelf and the bowing plate. In this manner, the lowermost cross-links are limited to distort uniformly upward within the single plane defined by the pair of feed channels, thereby optimizing feed reliability of the device.

The storage body provides a diaper storage compartment, a wipe storage compartment, and an additional storage compartment, while the decorative door panel serves as an access panel for said compartments of the storage body. The decorative door panel has a face plate that allows the diaper and wipe dispenser to be concealed as a picture, mirror, corkboard, etc. A diaper dispensing slot and a wipe dispensing slot traverse through the storage body and provide easy access to the inner contents of the storage body while maintaining the decorative appearance of the diaper and wipe dispenser.

A plurality of produce supports each support a plurality of packages of produce in a vertical stack. The produce supports are disposed in a horizontal array such that the supports cooperate to display produce as a horizontal display viewable through the viewing window. Each of the produce supports have a vertically adjustable platform such that the platforms may be adjusted to position an uppermost package of produce in each of the vertical stacks at a display level generally in a display plane, and the uppermost packages are viewable through the viewing window. A retrieval system retrieves a package of produce from any of the produce supports and delivers the package to an output area.

The valve includes a single-piece injection-molded valve body having at least three syrup flow paths and a water flow path. The valve also includes at least three syrup flow path solenoids for respectively opening and closing the at least three syrup flow paths, and one water flow path solenoid for opening and closing the water flow path. The three syrup flow path solenoids are positioned in the corresponding syrup flow paths, and the water flow path solenoid is positioned in the water flow path, within the valve body. The valve also has at least three beverage flavor switches for selecting any one of the three beverage flavors for dispensation.

Cooperative elements are formed between the end wall of the tube and the fitment, which engage upon insertion of the pouch into the tube.
