Abstract: A cable connector and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes: providing an insulation body, putting a terminal that has a receiving portion into the insulation body, preparing at least one groove on a cable, in which the cable has a first part inserted in the insulation body and a second part extending out of the insulation body, and the groove is provided on the first part, pressing the cable, so that a side edge of the receiving portion pierces the cable at the groove, thereby electrically connecting the terminal and an inner conductor of the cable. The groove enables the terminal to pierce the cable easily, implementing desirable electrical connection between the inner conductor and the terminal, and also stops the cable in the extending direction of the cable, preventing the cable from escaping.

Abstract: The invention relates to a connecting terminal (1) for at least one electric line (6). The connecting terminal has a housing (9), a line receptacle (2) extending in a direction of the line (L) through the housing, and a cutting means (20). The cutting means (20) comprises a blade pocket (48) extending transversely to the direction of the line (L) and limited in the direction of the line by at least one stripping jaw (50) which is deflectable in the direction of the line, and a severing knife (38) oriented with its cutting edge (40) towards the blade pocket. The severing knife (38) and the blade pocket (48) are arranged to be movable relative to each other from a starting position (14) into a severing position (18). In the severing position, the severing knife at least virtually completely blocks off the line receptacle, and is received, at least in sections, in the blade pocket. This configuration makes it possible to sever the electric line cleanly at any point whatsoever by means of the connecting terminal.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a USB application device including a body, a circuit board, a pins plate and a plurality of first electrical pins. The plurality of first electrical pins are enclosed previously by the pins plate, and a first end of each one of the plurality of first electrical pins is connected on the circuit board, so that the plurality of first electrical pins pass over a first surface of the circuit board and thus extend in suspension. The circuit board is disposed within the body and the pins plate is combined with the body, so that the plurality of first electrical pins are partly exposed by the body. The present invention also discloses a method for assembling a USB application device, which is capable of simplifying the process of disposing the plurality of first electrical pins on the circuit board.

The circuit-interrupter may comprise a fuse, such as a non-resettable fuse or a resettable fuse. A first type of leadframe assembly includes an uppermost electrical contact defining a ground plate. Abstract: Spring-loaded contacts having an improved reliability. One example may provide spring-loaded contacts having a reduced likelihood of entanglement between a spring and a plunger. For example, a piston may be placed between a plunger and a spring. The piston may have a head portion that is wider than the diameter of the spring and located between the spring and the plunger to isolate the spring and the plunger. Another example may have a reduced likelihood of spring damage caused by excess current flow. For example, a plunger may have an eccentrically-tapered back. This eccentrically-tapered back may contact the head portion of the piston. The eccentricity may help to ensure that the plunger tilts at an angle such that the plunger or the piston, or both, contact a barrel of the spring-loaded contact, thereby avoiding current flow and resulting damage to the spring.

The insert assembly has a terminal body configured to be terminated to an end of a conductor of a power cable and is electrically connected to the pin of the header assembly. Abstract: A fuel supply system of an outboard motor includes: a vapor separator which separates a fuel sent from a fuel tank by a low-pressure fuel pump into gas and liquid to release fuel vapor to an atmosphere; a fuel cooler which is disposed under the vapor separator to cool the fuel by cooling water passing through a cooling water pipe; a drain pipe connected to a side surface of the fuel cooler which faces downward while the outboard motor is tilted up; and an in-line high-pressure fuel pump connected in a middle of a fuel pipe connected to a side surface of the fuel cooler different from the side surface to which the drain pipe is connected. It is possible to easily and surely draw off the fuel in the fuel pipe while the outboard motor is tilted up.

In one embodiment, the edge of a substrate contacts a lever, which contacts a sensor to detect that the substrate is present and correctly positioned for exchange with a polishing head. The rotating pressurized heads are counterbalanced throughout the inventive process, and the lapping platen is continuously conditioned by simultaneously rotating the concentric conditioning rings over the lapping platen. This process allows continuous and controllable planarization thus allowing for a high throughput of wafers, while at the same time it prevents distortions in the lapping platen which reduces maintenance by providing continuous conditioning of the lapping platen.

The primary data is processed to generate secondary data that represents at least two consecutive sets of positions. Each set of positions includes a start position and an end position for the projectile, and the secondary data further represents a velocity of the projectile associated with each start position. The secondary data is used to simulate movement of the projectile in the virtual environment.
