Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a cooling garment including a garment material configured to be worn on a user's upper body. The garment material includes an outer surface with gel-filled chambers, an inner surface, and a hole therethrough. The garment material is configured to compress against the user's body when worn so that protrusions extending from the inner surface contact the user's body and define air channels between the protrusions, the inner surface, and the user's body. The cooling garment also includes a fixing ring coupled to the garment material around the hole, and a suction device configured to be coupled to the fixing ring, wherein the suction device is configured to circulate air through the air channels.

Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to the ornamental and utilitarian features of a device configured to protect the Metatarsal-Phalanges Joints (MPJ) zone of the user's foot when wearing shoes such as dress shoes. The device defines a loop placed around the MPJ zone wherein such loop can be neutral or natural in color to minimize its impact on the style of the shoe or flashy or have its own design that can add “strappiness” or “laciness” or contrasting color. The loop forms a protective layer between the problem areas (e.g. side and top around the MPJ zone) of the foot and the shoe material.

The garment may include one or more slits or openings strategically positioned along the sides of the garment, and may include attachment means, such as snaps, buttons, hook and loop fasteners, or any other suitable means. A slit is positioned on the front or back portion of the garment so that medical equipment may be inserted through the slit to make contact with a wearer's body. A loop is positioned near the slit to allow wires or tubes that pass through the slit to be secured. A pocket flap covers the slit and loop. The pocket flap may open to allow access to the slit and close to allow coverage and further allow for the storage of wires or tubes that remain connected to wearer's body but not connected to their associated medical equipment.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a jacket/coat designed to provide an enhanced range of motion. This is accomplished by having a layered construction comprising different fabric/textile materials where the enhanced range of motion is desired. The jacket/coat in accordance with the present invention particularly provides an enhanced range of motion for a wearer around the shoulders and arms. This enhanced range of motion may be especially beneficial when the wearer is engaged in a physically demanding activity or any activity benefitting from a wide range of movement by the wearer's arms and shoulders.

Once the fire site is prepared and the user is ready to start the fire, the glove is removed from the hand by pulling from the wrist end which turns the glove inside out, encasing any dirt, grease, grime, etc. The glove can then be placed in the fire starting site and lit with a match or butane lighter, etc. and covered with charcoal, etc. to start the desired fire.

Abstract: A pedicure protection system described and disclosed is comprised of an insert worn directly on the foot. The insert can be worn alone or with a shoe and allows walking mobility of the user. The insert is a separate entity and can be worn inside of any shoe that has sufficient space for accommodating the insert. The device or insert, consisting of a cover and a base, is connected by a hinge and the cover may contain no sidewalls. The length of the device protects the foot from the toes to the instep and prevents any physical contact with the toenails. The base may include a continuous toe strap and an elastic band that lies across the instep to help stabilize the device on the user's foot and keep the cover closed. A separator protrudes from the base and provides structural support on which the cover rests when closed.
