Abstract: As a new design, when making part of a decoration rotatable, there is a tendency for this to result in an unnecessarily complex structure, and it was difficult to apply such structures to small decorations such as rings, due to considerations such as strength and smooth movement. Solution: The present invention was configured as follows in order to provide a decoration which, even if having a small size, has a simple structure and strength, and opens like a flower. The decoration has a configuration whereby one of a group of movable petals (1) having a calculated curved surface (2) and which are positioned so as overlap with the positions to be rotated and are synchronized with one another, is opened and closed by a single rotating knob (11) and is synchronized with the other petal-shaped parts (1) smoothly and effectively to replicate the movement of a flower opening and closing.

Abstract: An umbrella hub is provided that comprises an inner portion, an outer periphery, a lower portion and an upper portion. A plurality of vertical grooves is disposed in the outer periphery and is configured to receive umbrella ribs or struts. A plurality of grooves extends transverse to the vertical grooves. A retention member is disposed in each of the transverse grooves. A first configuration of the hub permits deflection of the retention member such that a transverse pin coupled with the umbrella ribs or struts can be inserted into the transverse groove in which the retention member is disposed. A second configuration of the hub prevents deflection of the retention member such that inadvertent withdrawal of the pin from the transverse groove in which the retention member is disposed is prevented.

Abstract: An umbrella with a protective sheath assembly is provided. The umbrella can comprise a foldable canopy, a pole, a series of spokes extending from a hub slidable on the pole, the spokes supporting the canopy, a handle extended from the pole, and a foldable sheath selectively extendable from the canopy. A series of drawstrings can be provided for maintaining the sheath in a deployed state, the drawstrings connected to a cord for actuation of the drawstrings and consequently the deployment of the sheath. The protective sheath assembly provides partial to full body protection from inclement weather or natural elements including sun, wind, water, sand, mud, dirt, gravel, or other unwanted debris or dirt.

The D shaped keyring is secured by a self-fabric loop. The attachment options are made of elastic bands with self adhering trims attached or stretch self adhering materials. The units can also be made with waterproof materials utilizing similar construction techniques.

Abstract: A protective case for use with an electronic device includes a cushion layer and a structural layer. The cushion layer is configured to cover at least a portion of the electronic device when the electronic device is installed in the protective case. The structural layer is configured to surround at least a portion of the cushion layer. The structural layer includes a back portion, at least two side walls, a slot in the back portion for removably retaining a card, and a rack and pinion system configured for selectively ejecting the card, at least partially, from the slot.

Abstract: A craft storage assembly includes a case structured to have a first panel hingedly coupled to a second panel. The case is positionable in an open position and a closed position. The first panel has a plurality of grooves extending downwardly therein to contain an object. The first panel has a plurality of wells extending downwardly therein configured to contain a plurality of objects. Each of a plurality of membranes is coupled to the first panel such that each of the membranes completely covers an associated one of the wells. Each of the membranes is penetrable such that the objects are insertable and removable through each of the membranes. Each of a plurality of tracks is coupled to the second panel. Each of the tracks is aligned with an associated one of the grooves when the case is in the closed position to retain the necklaces in the associated groove.

Abstract: A single implement device for the generation of hair curls without the need for heat is provided. Such an implement utilizes two flexible fabric-covered rod structures that curve around a user's head, each from the forehead area to the back of the head, thereby providing two substantially symmetrical components around which hair portions may be wrapped and kept for a certain period of time. After a certain period of time, the user removes the implement and the previously wrapped hair exhibits desired curls that last another 24 hours, at least. Such an implement allows for curl generation without the need for heat applications and/or multiple hair rollers. The method of utilizing such a single implement to generate hair curls throughout the entirety of a user's hair is also encompassed within this invention.

Abstract: A nail polishing assembly includes an applicator that may be gripped. A cartridge is provided and the cartridge contains a fluid. The cartridge is removably positioned within the applicator. A plurality of tips is provided and a selected one of the tips is removably coupled to the applicator. Thus, the selected tip may engage a nail. The selected tip is in fluid communication with the cartridge and the selected tip selectively applies the fluid to the nail. A pump is removably coupled to the applicator wherein the pump is configured to urge the fluid from the cartridge to the selected tip.

The first carrier is joined with the second carrier and joined in a manner to allow the two carriers to be folded together. The third carrier includes a support for supporting a sheet, which sheet can include a guide on how to apply the makeup that is included in the first and/or second palettes.

Abstract: A cap for eyeliner makeup is disclosed with a guide edge that can be used to apply the eye liner. The cap may include a beveled section adjacent to the guide edge, and finger indents to assist in holding and positioning the guide edge. The front side of the character body includes a face of an animal character, a humanoid or a licensed entity. The back side of the character body is attached to a spring loaded clip. The spring loaded clip has two arms that are hinged at a middle section, with one arm being permanently fixed to the back side of the character body and the other arm movable relative to the fixed arm so that the clip can open and close. This operation allows the spring loaded clip to attach to or release from an identification badge such as a convention or trade show badge. One of the arms also has a slot at an end for attaching to a lanyard clip.

The second end includes a housing having a rotating brush head thereon, wherein the brush head is driven by a motor disposed within the housing. The second side of the base can also comprise a heated surface which can heat an inner portion of the ridges.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include an apparatus for positioning an electronic display. The apparatus can be combined with an existing work surface to provide a multi-position workstation. In some cases the apparatus includes a mounting portion configured to support an electronic display and a keyboard. The mounting portion may be movable with respect to the work surface between multiple positions, including for example, a sitting position and a standing position. Methods for positioning an electronic display and a keyboard are also included.

Abstract: A chair with covering. The chair with covering includes a frame that supports a seat and a back support that forms a platform that supports a seated user. The frame includes at least one support leg that raises the seat from the ground. A garment is connected to the chair and is configured to move between a deployed position and a retracted position, wherein the garment is stored within a pocket in the retracted position. The pocket is affixed to the chair and includes an open upper end for receiving and for removing the garment. In the deployed position, the garment is configured to extend over the seat and the back support. In one use, the chair and garment provide protection from inclement weather when outdoors. In one embodiment, the pocket is affixable to the chair via adjustable strap that wraps around the back support.
