Abstract: A detection system used to alert an operator of a work machine of humans or objects dangerously close to the machine or a work tool attached to the machine. The detection system uses one or more cameras to capture images of an area surrounding the machine. The captured images are displayed on an interface electronically connected to a processor. Prior to operation, one or more zones surrounding the work tool or work machine are defined and projected on the images displayed on the interface. The processor analyzes the images captured by the cameras and determines if a characteristic of a predetermined object is within one or more of the identified zones% If the processor determines the characteristic of the predetermined object is within one of the zones, the processor will identify the object on the display and trigger a warning system to alert to the operator to take necessary precautions.

Abstract: An electronic control system for a work allows for control of steering despite movement of an implement that may support a load. Control may be based on vehicle position, velocity, acceleration, center of gravity, and heading. A control point is determined despite movement of the load, and may be based upon one or more of roll, yaw, and pitch of the vehicle. The vehicle may be of the type that allows for control only of wheel or track speed and rotational direction. A desired center of gravity is maintained while controlling an error between a desired vehicle trajectory and a determined trajectory in a closed loop manner.

Abstract: A payload weight of a load of material carried by an implement of a machine may be estimated taking into account angular acceleration of the payload. A lift cylinder pressure differential and a lift arm angular acceleration may be determined as the implement is raised through a weigh range. An angular acceleration compensation factor may be determined from the lift arm angular acceleration, and a compensated differential pressure may be calculated by multiplying the lift cylinder pressure differential by the angular acceleration compensation factor. The estimated payload weight may then be determined based on the compensated pressure differential and a head end cross-sectional area of the lift cylinder.

Abstract: An excavation system is disclosed for use with an excavation machine having a work tool and with an IPCC. The excavation system may have a location device configured to generate a first signal indicative of a location of the excavation machine, a display, and at least one controller in communication with the location device and the display. The controller may be configured to receive a second signal indicative of a location of the IPCC, and to cause representations of the excavation machine and the IPCC to be simultaneously shown on the display based on the first and second signals. The at least one controller may also be configured to determine a swing radius of the work tool, and to selectively cause an indication of alignment between the IPCC and the swing radius to be shown on the display based on the first signal, the second signal, and the swing radius.

Abstract: A cool water discharging method and a switch valve includes a valve body and a valve spool. The valve body is disposed with a thermosensitive module, an inlet passage, a first outlet passage, and a second outlet passage. The valve body has a cool water discharging passage connected to the inlet passage, a discharging hole connecting the first outlet passage and the cool water discharging passage and an air suction hole connecting the second outlet passage and the cool water discharging passage. When discharging cool water, water flows to the cool water discharging passage rapidly, the air in the second outlet passage is absorbed to the cool water discharging passage. The residual cool water in the second outlet passage is absorbed to the cool water discharging passage through the air suction hole and discharged out with the residual cool water in the first outlet passage.

Abstract: A pressure plunger which consists of a hollow lower tube inserted into a clogged toilet or drain causing no significant displacement of fluid. After the lower tube's compressible end is fixedly attached to a fluid channel, the actuator cylinder may be inserted into the lower tube to create pressure downward and upward to remove blockage. Unlike other designs this plunger consists of two separate sections, each integrally formed, which function together without assembly or disassembly. Vents near the top of the lower tube allow in air to release vacuum pressure when pulling near the top of the lower tube prohibiting fluid being pulled to the top of the lower tube. The lack of assembly and disassembly is also significantly different regarding cleaning and sanitizing. The upper actuator tube can be pulled out and cleaned on the outside and the lower tube can be easily cleaned from either end.
